Allulose is a type of sweetener found in fruits such as figs and raisins, and helps make our blend very sugar-like when it comes to baking. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol found in fruits such as pears, melons and grapes. Both our allulose and erythritol are derived from corn, and while both ingredients are counted as carbohydrates in the nutrition table, neither impacts blood sugar significantly. The stevia & monk fruit extracts in our blend add sweetness to get the same 1:1 sweetness as sugar.

I've been on a low carb/keto diet for over a year now and have tried various sugar alternatives from what I have found in the #lowcarb #ketocommunity on IG. While some are good, I always get a weird after taste and my family would not enjoy the treats I would bake much. However, I recently tried this Whole Earth Allulose Baking Blend and can say I have met the ONE!! No after taste, baked just like normal sugar does and best of all, it was family approved! I recently made a low carb chocolate chip "banana" bread using this blend and it came out perfect! There was no little granular sugar beads like other brands. Whole Earth nailed it with this blend! a 10/10!

The Whole Earth Allulose Baking Blend delivers an excellent alternative to sugar. I use it to reduce my intake of sugar and carbohydrates in general. Although I prefer allulose to erythritol, they actually work well together when preparing a range of desserts.

I was disappointed with this product. I love the taste of Allulose, more so the fact that it has no aftertaste. I assumed that it was pure allulose, specifically granulated for baking as most allulose is very fine, and do leads to denser homemade cookies etc. unfortunately they added other sweeteners which ruin the taste. I recommend sticking with a pure allulose alternative.

This is a generous amount of this blend in this size. I prefer LC baking with brown sugar as well as with Allulose primarily (if available, so this works well for at a good price. My baked goods turn out just as I expect them to with this, so this is a true in flavor and consistency for me in quality. Allulose is also just a bit less sweet than some other sweeteners which is preferable for me.
The taste is totally like REAL sugar. No weird taste at all. It is natural sugar replacement. I like to use for cooking and baking cookies. I will definitely re-purchase again.
Impressed with the taste of this baking blend. Used it when I made a pumpkin pie. Replaced traditional sugar 1:1 as advertised. Couldn't tell it wasn't traditional sugar by taste. The only downside is that this particular baking blend from Whole Earth is not non gmo certified. The allulose and erythritol are both derived from corn, which is frequently genetically modified unless has the verification seal. Because of this, don't know if I would repurchase. That would be the only reason why I wouldn't. Really do enjoy the taste. Also would be nice if came in larger package.
On a keto diet, you have to have this for baking and desserts. This is the only thing that works for me in making salted caramel which I love to drizzle on keto ice cream or waffles. Tested amazing, texture the same as the real thing.
Trying to make Keto caramels and had previously been using straight allulose but was having trouble making shelf stable caramels. Found this product and used it just like brown sugar in the caramels and success! It makes a toffee like consistency a little more brittle than a caramel...think skor chocolate bar centers. I will play a bit more with temperature to see if I can get it a little more chewy but this is a game changer. Note: It does foam up way more than straight allulose so use a bigger pot and it has a slight cooling taste/sensation which I believe is from the Erythritol.
