For a long time, I've been suffering with a stiff and aching neck. According to doctors, I have arthritis in my neck, which reduces my flexibility in this area and has recently caused persistent daily discomfort. Along with my daily neck exercises, I was taking IB Profren and using a heated pad, which helped. After conducting some research, I came across this product. I still stretch, but I don't take the IB Profren or use a heating pad anymore. I'm nearly pain-free, and I attribute it to Wiley's fish oil. I had previously tried the Kirkland brand but had not had the same success. There is a difference between fish oil tablets and fish oil capsules, believe me.

I am very happy with this product. I selected this fish oil based on the EPA and DHA content and since they say this product is safe from PCBs, heavy metals, and other environmental contaminants. I am taking it for a salicylate issue related to my asthma based on a research study. It is helping. My asthma, skin and hair have also improved. I believe this, in addition to other healthy lifestyle adjustments, is helping. I've been taking this brand for approx. one month now.

A big softgel to swallow. Put it at back of mouth, fill with warm water, tilt head back to swallow. Unlike most other brands, just need to take one a day. Such convenience! As much as you compare price, do study the facts as well.This has got the highest EPA over DHA for best benefits. 750mg/250mg respectively. Was actually contemplating Solgar. It contains 20mg cholesterol. Unless you are living by the sea and gets to eat fresh fish regularly, be good to your body. Take Wiley's.

Wiley's is a brand I've been trusting for fish oil for a few years! I love browsing their website, as it gives so much detailed information on their processes. You never have to wonder how the fish oil was created, you can find everything you need online. I personally buy this product at Whole Foods, but love that its safe to buy here on iHerb as well due to it not needing to be refrigerated. Price is fair and for the item, its very good. I do sometimes get fish burps, other times none so I have no idea why the variability! I like the amount of EPA to DHA, its ideal for good health. Glass packaging is a wonderful bonus! We should all be getting more Omega 3's to balance our omega 6 intake!
It's wild Alaskan fish oil from where the best in the world is farmed. I bought this product initially from a health store in Bainbridge Is., a short ferry ride from Seattle Washington State. The fact it is a 1000 mg tablet makes it easy to swallow one tablet instead of 3-4 tablets for the same dosage. Fish oil helps with strengthening immune response and function and it supports mental health and improves mood. Highly recommend.
After doing some research into ethically sourced fish oil tablets I came across Wiley's Wild Alaskan Fish Oil. This was the only fish oil that I was certain did not come from Peruvian anchovies. Very high quality product, the capsules are surprisingly small given their potency, no noticeable aftertaste. Great product and I am happy to pay a premium for a sustainable product.
