Non stick surface is great which you'd expect given it's still new. Good weight and the handle is firm when attached. Using an induction cook plate, it doesn't seem to heat up as much as previous pan.

I’m enjoying using the pan and glad that I went for the lighter version (petite 60 something).The handle is a minor faff to get on and, off but well worth it for the flexibility of hob to oven.All that is left to complete the review is whether it does last…… Hence only 4stars.
After ruining an AGA non-stick frying pan (they can't stand the heat of the hot plate) I have now switched to WOLL pans.The German quality standard is obvious when you handle the pan and the glass lid with metal trim!The base is nice and flat and it heats up really quick.But whenever I need a replacement I'll go shopping for it on mainland Europe. The prices for non-UK residents are just too high in the UK. Thanks to Brexit.
Love this frying pan. Was disappointed with the equivalent Aga pan with detachable handle only lasted 14 months before surface failed and I was told I had overheated it (only used on an Aga) and almost cost as much. Hoping this will last much longer. Very well made and reassuringly heavy.
I am really pleased with this pan. I’ve been wanting a good non stick flat surface that does aga and induction. It’s well made and is a nice heavy weight. I’ve been using it regularly since it arrived. Great customer service from Blake and Bull too.
It really is the best pan. It’s solid, completely non stick so barely needs washing after use. The absolute cherry on the cake is the removable handle meaning it can go into the oven/Aga, leaving the hob/top plates free for other pans or dishes. Highly recommended!
The pan is very good, as are all Woll products.Unfortunately, I didn't notice when I ordered the frying pan that it was a shallow one and not a deep one that I was replacing. Consequently it is not suitable for a number of different dishes e.g. paella and bolognase.
I have used as simply a frying pan to cook eggs + baked beans, and as a skillet to cook a Shakshuka. As a frying pan, I found that it cooked nice and evenly over all of the pan even though it is larger than the hob. As a Skillet, I found it transferred to the oven easily - the handle simply removed once in the oven. The Pan needs to be placed on a surface & the handle lifted to enable it to be detached. A great safety feature as it cannot accidentally be detached whilst carrying the pan. The pan is very easy to clean and, unlike other pans that I have had, I have not needed to soak first.
