The pan requires no oil for cooking and only a wiping out with paper when finished. Nothing sticks. I have cooked scrambled eggs, chops, tomatoes, etc. It is not even necessary to put the pan into the dish washer. The pan heats very quickly, doesn't burn food. The added bonus is that you can take the handle off to put the pan into the oven or into the dishwasher if you want to save space. I have since bought the next size up and intend to buy the largest Woll pan as well.

I had a pair of Woll pans from 1991 which I sadly had to give up when I swapped to an induction hob, they were still great pans and the non stick was still fully intact but sadly not induction compatible. I have tried all sorts of other frying pans in the last year but the non stick is not a patch on Woll so was delighted when I found these at Blake and Bull now in an induction friendly version. They are without doubt the best non stick pans out there. Yes they are expensive, but if these last as long as my old ones they will still be going strong in 30 years time so well worth the investment. Blake and Bull's service was also excellent to match their products

I can’t express in words how good this pan is. I am so so sorry I didn’t buy the two different sizes together when it was on offer. This smaller size is so useful when I am cooking smaller amounts for one or two people. It’s a breeze to wash up. I am so glad I found Blake and Bull. I bought my Aga cooker new from the manufacturers in 2004 and have been an avid purchaser of the manufacturers products until last year when I was unhappy with the way they dealt with me over a complaint about one of their products. (Another story which I would gladly share but probably best not to on this forum) It just goes to show how customer service is so so important. I'm not a fan of non-stick cookware but without a doubt, Woll is certainly the best non-stick cookware I have used. Excellent quality. Made in Germany. Preferably hand-washed, but can be put in the dishwasher. Removable handle allows the frypan to be transferred to the oven. I love this! This twin pack has a 24cm and 28cm frypan with protector for stacking. I have also purchased the clear oven safe lids to prevent splatter on the cooktop. Very impressive cookware. I am seriously considering purchasing a set of saucepans. I highly recommend Woll cookware. You will not be disappointed.
This has been a game changer for me. I cannot rave about this frypan enough. NOTHING STICKS! It doesn't scratch! It doesn't get discoloured! The handle removes so you can bake in the oven! It cooks evenly on my uneven stove top! I can pop it in the dishwasher and it comes out looking new every time!Honestly, I love love love it. I purchased a month ago and haven't used any other frypan in my cupboard since. I was hesitant about the cost, purchased in the sale and now know I would happily pay full price for this gem. Needed new frypan. I use only induction so that was the main requirement. I soon discovered that there were several competing brands in the, say, superior class. Thrilled to add to my WOLL collection all bought from Blake & Bull.The small pan (& lid) arrived promptly and carefully packaged - and it was like Xmas as a kid getting the parcel unpacked and open.Of course the Woll product (small sauté pan c 200mm diameter) is perfection and excellent for omelettes and small dishes or cooking for one … great to complement my larger frying pan and deep sided pans from the Woll range.Going to have to listen to my kids lamenting about how much they love these pans when the come to visit - maybe Santa will be kind to them come Christmas 🎅🏼
