A patented ‘solid clasp’ detachable handle, unique to Woll, allows for a cool to touch surface either on the stove or from the oven. And with the handle removed, the pan is oven safe to 260oC. Combine with a metal utensil and dishwasher safe nature and a compact design that stacks easily within any cupboard, and you have all in one cookware.
