These shoes are fantastic, they are light and comfortable while giving me all the support I need as someone who overpronates. They look pretty good too! I'm looking forward to lots of happy miles in them

I’m in love, I love how these shoes look and feel and I’ve been wearing it for long walks to long runs for months now! It feels so comfortable yet sturdy I’ll definitely wear them for longer runs or walks (10k+) the colors are so pretty so I can wear them casually as well! These also came in perfect size as 38 when I usually go 38-39 in shoe sizes.

This was my first time with GEL-KAYANO and I must say I was suprised with how smooth it was compared to my GT2000. I expected alot more difference as I thought it was much more ”shoe”. But to me this is a great shoe for when you want to get the miles ticking in on the account. Its comfortable with good cushioning. Fit’s good on your foot but still not ”swallowing” your foot. I experience it to be kind of wide up front but that’s only good, makes you toes wiggle.

I normally wear regular Asics Kayano running shoes (have done for years), but have found the last 2 versions (28 & 29) feel a bit on the clumpy side, and version 29 feels too softly cushioned in the forefoot, so I thought I'd try these. SUCCESS ! Today was their first use, and bar the usual stopping to fine tune the lacing on a first wear in new model shoes, I was delighted with them. I have fairly narrow feet but these fit really well. I would caution you to try first, if you have wide feet or a thick forefoot. On first putting them on they felt like the heel was slipping but in running use there was nothing to worry about. I ordered my normal Kayano size, and they were perfect (in some other models I have found I need to size down 1/2 a size). The don't offer quite the support of the Gel-Kayano, but if like me you need a support shoe because its ankle wobbliness that causes the stability issue, then I recommend the Kayano Lite. As a pronator, I love the Kayanos. Now with these providing stabilty that is not compromised by being lighter is a great plus. Tested on a short run and held up well. Will try them on a longer run too but I have no doubt they will be anything but great. Love the colours too. They fit well and are comfortable
My no. 1 shoes both for running and walking. Compared to GEL-KAYANO 28 and 29, these feels lighter and less clumsy. The fit is great and the support is perfect.
This show is lightweight and supportive giving you the best of both worlds. There’s more foam in the forefoot to give it that bouncy feel. I think they wear big so something to think about when purchasing. ASICS has made a conscious effort to make the shoe sustainable made with recycled material which is a winner for me.
From the moment I took them out of the box and went for a run with them for the first time, they became an indispensable part of my equipment. They are so comfortable and light that I often wear them even when I am not running. As I am an overpronator, it is important for me that my sneakers support the foot while running, but that they are light. These sneakers meet both requirements
I took the GEL-KAYANO LITE 3 out for a recovery run and loved just how responsive they are! Shoes that provide stability can feel heavy, but not the GEL-KAYANO LITE 3! They provide a responsive ride from foot plant to toe off and kept me feeling light on my feet, even after completing a hard session the day prior! The shoe is extremely comfortable too. If you are looking for a lightweight shoe that still provides stability, this is for you !
I am not a runner but I have a health condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome that requires very stable shoes to help prevent ankle role and dislocations as well as foot stability. Asics gt-2000 have been my go-to for a long time but thought I'd give these Gel-Kayano's a go for a change. They are very comfortable and stable keeping my ankle in place while still being trendy. I can highly recommend these to anyone with instability in their feet.
