Good white chocolate. I had this sample sitting in my pantry in hopes of using it for baking, but I didn’t need any baked treats, so we just ate the chocolate out of the packThe price is $2. 50 for 200g block. The product is made in Poland and wrapper is Return to Store recycle. This white chocolate contains 26% cocoa solids. Husband said it was good, he sometimes buys the milky bars so he liked this one and in the same way. The chocolate is found in the bottom shelf in the bakery ingredients section, so I had to dive down to find it. This would be great to melt and use for chocolate covered strawberries and also in any sweets. I’ll probably use it in baking sometime later. Once opened, store in airtight container. Great for Cooking. We are not big white chocolate fans and very rarely use it in cooking if ever. But have to say, we used it and everyone LOVED it in some raspberry and white chocolate muffins I made. I compared this chocolate with another well know brand nestle and the sugar content was much low in this Woolworths sample. That's a big tick for us. The ingredients list is also supper simple no nasty's, compared to other brands with much more ingredients. I don't like the chocolate on its own, too sweet for us but for its purpose of cooking it is great. This product is affordably and great for cooking cant fault it. Thank you bunch for a great product and would recommended for cooking/ baking.

Fantastic Value . I rarely use white chocolate since I prefer real chocolate ie. dark but this block is fabulous for baking and is fantastic value It's rainforest alliance certified but with only 26% cocoa butter it's lower than some brands and therefore has a higher amount of sugar. 60 grams per 100 grams is a lot of sugar, even for white chocolate. The wrap looks fabulous in white and with a photo of a white choc raspberry cheesecake on the front it has a very appealing look and can be returned to store for recycling There's a white choc and raspberry cheesecake recipe on the back which is a fabulous idea however I decided to make my Choc Nutty Bars and the recipe has been approved. Never under estimate cheap white chocolate. I wasn’t looking forward to trying this Woolworths white cooking chocolate. I will admit that I prefer to spend a bit more, for good quality chocolate when baking. But I will say, it actually wasn’t too bad. Tasting a square or two before melting, it has a nice smooth and creamy texture. Melted well in the microwave, as per the instructions on the back. I used this white chocolate to cover strawberries instead of using milk/dark like I usually do. Found this cooking chocolate on the bottom shelf in the baking aisle. The packaging it’s resealable, which would be great like other brands. It’s a reasonable, slightly cheaper price for a 200gm portion. The squares were slightly hard to break in squares, a bit thick. After melting it down in the microwave, it becomes smooth, but not overly glossy. I did try some chocolate in its original square state, which is not too sweet and it has a subtle white chocolate taste. It was a nice texture and it was nice to eat as is. My cheesecake didn’t go to plan after that it tastes great though! The white chocolate hint sings though with its subtle flavour and the flavour doesn’t overpower. Impressed, I would purchase again

I had no trouble finding it at my local Woolworths store, even if it was on the very bottom shelf. I made a chocolate brownie, melted some of this white chocolate and drizzled it over the brownie, then decorated with some edible eyes and m&m's to make my Halloween brownie (recipe published on Bunch). The chocolated melted perfectly and was easily drizzled over the brownie. While it was sweet to taste, white chocolate is sweet, although I don't think it was as sweet as other types of white chocolate I have had. It has no articial colours, flavours or preservatives. There are some melting instructions on the back of the packet, for both the microwave and the stove. There is also a recipe for a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake on the back if you need inspiration for something to make with it. It's a bit disappointing that it's Made in Poland and not Australian made. At $2. 50 for 200g it's affordable and good value for money. Good value. I tried this white chocolate expecting that it would be a really inferior product at this price but was really surprised. The texture was not gritty or grainy and it was not overly sweet. It melted in my mouth which poor quality chocolate does not do. It has 26% cocoa butter so melts well. I melted half the block in the microwave in three 10 second bursts to use for chocolate leaves. I had no trouble with the chocolate breaking while peeling the mould away. The chocolate shapes did not flatten at all at room temperature. in addition to melting instructions using the microwave and stovetop the pack also gives a recipe for a raspberry cheesecake that is illustrated on the front of the pack which I’d like to try. Good cooking chocolate. I used this to make the Blueberry, White Chocolate Cookies in a recipe shared on the Bunch site by robbie76. They were easy to make and very tasty. They could be made even healthier by reducing the sugar. They were quite sweet. I chopped the chocolate block into smaller pieces for the recipe instead of using white choc chips. The chocolate chopped easily, cooked beautifully and was very tasty. I was pleased that the wrapper could be returned to the store for recycling, that the chocolate was Rainforest Alliance Certified, but disappointed that the chocolate was made in Poland. Surely Woolworths could find an Australian supplier and support Australian growers and workers.

It satisfied my sweet craving and I enjoyed it. I love white chocolate, to be honest this would not be my favourite but it’s still good and even tho it’s cooking chocolate it’s nice enough to eat on its own.
