For easy and quick stir-fry. made beef stir-fry dish with 300g of stir-fry beef, 1 onion and half pack of this product. - marinate beef with potatoe starch powder, soysauce and cooking sake for 5 mins- heat a frying pan with oil, chopped garlic and ginger- add marinated beef and cook until it becomes golden brown- add thinly sliced onion and half pack of veggies- add oyster sauce and soysauce and stir it until brocolli looks fine to eat- drizzle sesame oil and serve Pros: easy and no hassle as frozen veggies are supposed to be, great textures from various veggiesCons: unknown origin, definately not for carrot haters

No Aussie Veg at all. Wanting some stir fry veg and for the life of me I struggled to find any in store the day I needed them, I saw this and was not happy that it was Packed in Belgium from Multiple Origins. Bought a bag as I was in a hurry and was running out of time. A 500G bag costs $3. 00, HSR of 5 stars, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives used. A mix of Carrots, Broccoli, Green Beans, Yellow Beans and I just thought it was a bit sparse of Water Chestnuts so I added some extra in myselfPrepared my meat and then tossed in the frozen veg, let them sit on top for a bit to sort of warm up. Then mixed through, all the veg cooked perfectly but why oh why can't we have a more Aussie version of this. Even if it's 80% Aussie ingredients, got to be better ... MoreNo Aussie Veg at all. My boys were running late due to traffic so my end meal does look a bit dry, still tasted fantastic and I'm glad I added in a tin of extra water chestnuts. I think it was needed. Will look around to see if I can find an Aussie version, there used to be one so I don't know what's going on there. I may or may not buy again. Thanks to anyone who has a read of my review, cheers to you all.

Tasty and convenient but no difference to homebrand. I enjoyed these veggies. They had a nice variety and were very convenient to make a healthy mid-week dinner. I had mine stir fried and got about six meals when combining with tofu and noodles. The packaging was aesthetically pleasing and easy to spot in the shops but would be great if it was made from recycled plastic or similar. Would I buy again? Yes, but honestly couldn’t tell the difference between these veggies and the no brand / home brand cheaper option. Thanks for letting me try!

Cuts prep time - handy option - time saver. I used this mix with chicken in a stir fry. I found it a little disappointing - too many carrots!! However its a great time saving, cost effective option for a quick meal. The vegetables overall were nice and crispy. I would have liked to see some other vegetables in it to balance out the amount of carrots, but overall I enjoyed the flavour and convenience. Always handy to have in the freezer for those busy nights.
Convenient. Super convenient chopped veges, suitable for stir fries, or what ever you want to add it to really. I did like the quality of the veges, but I wasn’t impressed with the evenness of the mix. Mostly carrot. Common occurrence though when you buy any mixed frozen vegetables which comes with carrot, there’s always a majority of carrot. Hardly any green beans or broccoli. It has water chestnuts in…unfortunately, as I can not stand eating those, so I picked out what I could. There where some large pieces of it too. But that’s personal taste, not liking water chestnuts. Over all it’s a very convenient product, but I wouldn’t buy again because of the water chestnuts mainly, but also too much carrot compared to the other veges.
Easy for quick stir fry when you couldn't be bothered. A really quick and easy way to knock up stir fry or as a simple side to steak or chicken. Clean, fresh snap frozen vegies that stay nice and crisp and retain there flavor when cooked. They where cut to the perfect size. The bag contains good variety but i added more red capsicum to suit my dish. Reasonably priced but super convenient.
Most definitely a repeat buy!! A great convenient mix of finely cut beans, carrots, broccoli and water chestnuts. I added some to a shelf stable meal of Chicken Pad Thai to liven it up and they surely did!!I have added some to a home made chicken and corn soup and used some in a stir fry and I am pleased with the results. They cook up really well. My only issue is that they aren't Australian produce but in these current times I was very happy to be able to purchase ready to go vegetables at a great price.
Good enough but could be beter. I was excited to try woolies own stir fry as i love them but i have to say i was a bit dissapointed. to start with it was completely frozen when i pour it into the pan, having to try hard to separate the chunks of frozen vegetables in order to cook them, something that has never happen with other brands. also the ratio of the vegetables is not proportionate, having too much carrot. it does the trick but it is not the best offer in the available frozen stir fries in the shop
Love the convenience. Crunchy and precut. Love the convenience of these and the price. It means I don't have to rush out and grab extra veg for meals at ridiculous costs. These are also really great for meal prep and those like me on restrictive diets or even just for throwing together a quick stir-fry. Also as someone who's vision impaired I don't have to worry about chopping them up!
Great addition. Being a bit sad at not being able to get fresh stir fry veggies, was surprised to see these in the freezer section. So handy to use and being frozen can be kept for a while without going off. Used them in a sweet and sour meal and was so happy with the taste. As I wanted something quick these were so prefect. Will be buying more of these and maybe look at some of the other "prep, set, go" products.
