Berry Bad Jelly. Second verse, same as the first! The Mango Jelly Pouch was first and Iāll say the same for the Raspberry Flavour Jelly Pouch. Whilst we do appreciate all samples these pouches just continue to throw me for a loop. Not because of the size etc but just the concept? Jelly - in a foil squeeze pouch? Look, I still donāt get the point here? Who is the main target customer?Again, I say this because they arenāt the easiest to open and they can make a mess whilst also being very hard to squeeze and suck the quite frankly lumpy and jelly which always has an odd consistency in these out of the pouch if you are trying to use it on the run - therefore for young kids at School this could create a problem. If itās for at home use, by squeezing into a bowl then whatās the purpose of the pouch and excess packaging when you can just make it yourself from a cardboard box? Honestly, these pouches are becoming are riddle, wrapped in an enigma, enclosed in a foil pouch to me!So, ok, the product, it tastes overly sweet and beyond artificial. The texture & consistency was also, yet again, very strange. Itās lumpy and watery at the same time. It was not at all enjoyable which has left me, yet again even more confused by the entire product and its concept. I thought perhaps the issue was the Mango Jelly, as Jelly in Mango flavour was a little odd to me to begin with, but no, this Raspberry Jelly was the same disappointing experience unfortunately. Iām all for anyone who likes these and finds them convenient etc, for us they just continue to be a big foil pouch of āwhat in theā? ā¹ļø

Yuk. I was extremely skeptical about trying this in the first placeJelly is so EASY to make, that I don't really understand the concept of having it ready-made in a pouch. Although I suppose it may be handy for camping trips or packed lunches (although having said that, I was unable to get jelly out without extra assistance - so maybe not useful for camping at all)When I discovered it was Made in China, that put me off even more from trying it. If I pick up a product in store, first thing I do is check where made, and if made in China, then I put it back on the shelf. But decided to take one for the team, stop being so pathetic, and take a mouthful for Bunch testing purposes. I took two mouthfuls. One ended up in the bin with the rest of it. Firstly I found it hard to get out of the packet. First thing that squirted out was lots of orange fluid, followed by something that looked like slime (very off putting). I had to cut the packet open with scissors to get the rest of the "jelly" out. Like another comment below - jelly is firm and wobbles - this was more like gelFound the whole experience very odd:It smelt strongly of mandarins - although meant to be mangoBut once I put it in my mouth and swallowed with much dread I must say....... it had no real defining taste to it - just watery blah (that is why I foolishly took a second mouthful to be sure)I spat the second mouthful out. But now 30 mins later, I still have a weird fruit taste in my mouth - that I cannot get rid of. Sorry but a big thumbs down from me P. S. As somebody else wrote below "slime snot" - which is probably the best description for this abomination.

Artificial taste, mixed consistency, mixed enjoyment. Having read the other reviews, I must admit I was apprehensive, however I do like jelly so I was willing to give this a try. When I opened it a very sweet and artificial strawberry smell came forth. Iām not a fan of pouches in general due to not seeing your food, so I squeezed it out onto a spoon. Some parts were firm jelly, some soft jelly and some liquid so obviously settling has occurred. The colour was surprising - not red at all, but rather apple like and given that the second ingredient is concentrated apple juice perhaps this explains it. Reccs if you want to eat this:- Chill before serving- Massage / gently squeeze the pouch to mix the contents before serving Pros:- The image of the fruit on the front ...Ā MoreArtificial taste, mixed consistency, mixed enjoyment. But I suppose they could be handy for time pressed people wanting a very occasional snack.

Not our thing. I'm going to split this review into positives and negatives. Despite the 1-star rating, there are some positives. POSITIVES:* Convenience. This is far and away the main selling feature of this product. It's so easy to grab-and-go, and has 12+ months of shelf life. * No artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. NEGATIVES: * Made in China. This product has high food miles, and given that the main ingredients are "water" and "concentrated apple juice", I just feel like it should be possible to produce domestically. * The pack shows that both pouch and lid should be disposed of in the trash, adding to landfill. * The flavour and consistency. For some, these would count under positives, but for the minibuncher and myself it was excessively sweet in taste, and the texture was a mixture of runny juice with lumpy "jelly" bits. CONFUSING BIT:* The website shows it with a 0. 5 star health rating, but the pack I bought displays 3. 5 stars. Ultimately for us, the negatives outweighed the positives, and this one will not be added to our shopping list. It should be mentioned however that we're not fans of prepackaged jellies in general - jelly crystals you make at home are winners, just not the ready-to-eat shelf-stable varieties. So possibly we aren't the target market for this type of product. As always, however, we remain grateful for the opportunity to try new things.
Tried and did not like, and will not repurchase. I think I understand the intent of the product, which is to provide a convenient treat for kids, or even adults who like jelly. My children also joined me to sample this product and I've incorporated their feedback below. In a nutshell, and honestly speaking, this product isn't something I'd be buying or offering my kids in the future for these reasons: It isn't made locally in Australia The packaging is not recyclable I think I only recognised a couple of things from the ingredients list (e. g. water, concentrated apple juice, natural mango flavour). The rest sounds chemical or might be in Latin? The rest sounds chemical or might be in Latin? In tasting the contents, the first thing that comes to mind is the word.... artificial Upon persisting to give the product a proper try, the next dominant flavour was sweet (it is too sweet even for my kids) As I wanted to share the product with my kids, I did not consume it straight from the nozzle. Instead, I used a teaspoon to squeeze the contents to. Upon squeezing the pouch, the first three teaspoons that came out were water/ syrupThe only 'positives' I can say about this product is:* I was surprised it is a 3-star product on the nutrition rating (I thought it would be less)* We tried it with some custard and it was edible * I liked the simplicity of the packaging (pouch design) We appreciate the opportunity to sample, and hope the product can be improved in the future.
Sweet, Sweet Mango Jelly - not in a good way. This is an interesting product, I reviewed all 3 at the same time to understand if there is any slight differences between them. Mango Jelly; Texture is different, this may be due to the small top in which to suck/squeeze the jelly out of which almost creates a mush feeling in the mouth. It was very watery to begin with, but carefully massaging the pouch before opening seemed to incorporate the liquid a little more. Flavour lends to a nice mango taste and is reasonably balanced. This treat is sweet, it has 2. 8g more sugar than the Raspberry Jelly slightly more than the Strawberry Jelly. It is super sweet and could have been reduced by at least 5 - 10% without compromising the product. It has a whopping 2. 8g more sugar ...Ā MoreSweet, Sweet Mango Jelly - not in a good way. It is noticeable compared to the other two and is just over the top sweetness. Packaging needs to be thought through, none of it is recyclable and for all of 95g of product should very much be reconsidered. Even if it was recyclable, I doubt many would see a recycling facility and end up in landfill. Not something I'd be racing to buy in a hurry.
Absolutely Gross. I was in two minds about picking up this sample, but as I have been extremely sick for almost two weeks now I thought this would be good for my throat, and soothing! Well this was easy to find in store along with all the other jellies and at 90 cents for 95gm you think this is a great quick go too snack. Bright packaging and it does say mango? So I emptied it into a ramekin as I wanted to see what I was eating, besides I am a 51 yr old and a little old to be sucking out of a squeeze pouch? As you can see this is extremely runny jelly, very watery and not like jelly at all?So time for the taste, and let me tell you yep this is "absolutely gross" this taste more like orange than mango? So how does it rate 3 stars āļø Again baffled head? This has a BBD 10/11/2023Cap and Pouch both goes into bin. This is a product of China really? How about we just leave it there. Thank you Bunch for giving me this wonderful opportunity to try this sample, but this will never ever go into my shopping trolley anytime soon.
