This sleek, 14” 40V Lawn Mower with Intellicut and Mulching Capabilities is packed with technology and doesn’t skimp on power. With two of our 20V 4.0 Ah batteries giving it 40V, you get double the runtime and double the efficiency. Intellicut is our patented torque tech that lets you dial up the power when you get into thicker grass and then dial it back down to conserve battery when the grass gets easier to manage. It’s a powerful but energy-efficient mower. And that’s just where the benefits start. Gas-powered mowers are messy, costly, and can wake up the whole block. Worx battery-powered machines are clean, both to operate and for the environment, and cost-effective because electricity costs less than gas. They’re also much quieter by comparison, and start with the touch of a button, not the repeated yank of a cord. This mower weighs in at only 29 lbs. and has a 14” cutting deck that’s easy to zip around landscaped features, yet wide enough to cut down on the passes you’ll have to make on your lawn. The 6-positon cutting height ranges from 2.5”- 3.5”. The 4Ah batteries give you up to 1/8 acre cut on a single charge. It’s a better mower for today, tomorrow, and years to come.

The batteries hold a good charge. It takes between 3 and 4 hours to charge after mowing. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. Being lightweight also means one has to be careful not to lean on the handle or the mower lifts up. Even though the description on the website said it had a 7 inch cutting height, and that's why I bought this mower, it does not. The maximum cutting height is 3.5 inches. At 14 inches wide it's very manageable. I would have bought a wider mower if the details on the website had been correct. However, overall it's a good mower.

This is a nice little mower for small yards. Ideal for folks who have a small grassy area at a condo or townhome and don't have a large space for storage. It's very lightweight. The cutting diameter is only 14 inches, which is a lot smaller than a typical gas-powered mower. The batteries need to be charged before the first use, which will take at least 3 or 4 hours, maybe more. Recharging them seems to take longer. Using this mower on tall or overgrown grass will deplete the batteries pretty fast. There's an indicator light on the top of the mower that displays the remaining battery charge while the mower is in use. The grass catcher is small, and the opening for the grass to feed into the catcher clogs easily if the grass is damp. Assembly is very easy. Great mower, even a year later!
22 July 2023

I bought this lawn mower one year ago (august 2022) and it still runs perfectly. I will say that how much you can cut with it before the battery dies depends on how tall or thick the grass is. I cut my grass once a week and if I let it go longer than that then I’ll be charging the battery up a few times to get finished. However, if I cut it once a week I can cut my whole front yard on one charge, and then cut maybe 1/4th of my backyard before it dies. Then I’ll charge it and finish my backyard. I have a fair sized front yard and a backyard that’s slightly larger than the front. This thing is definitely durable, I’ve ran over idk how many large sticks, rocks, pieces of brick, children’s toys that they missed when cleaning up, my dogs tie out cable, and still it’s ... MoreI bought this lawn mower one year ago (august 2022) and it still runs perfectly. That being said I don’t recommend purposely running these things over often but if you make a mistake and hit something it won’t be the end. I’ve also left it outside while waiting on the battery to charge and it’s rained on it (with the battery cage on top closed securely) and it didn’t affect the mower. The battery takes a few hours to fully charge so plan accordingly. If I let my grass get to tall there’s been times I’ll only get 3/4th done on my front and the battery dies, then I have to wait for a few hours until it charges up to finish. It’s super small, light weight, and easy to fold the handle if you need to haul it somewhere. I put it in my Chevy spark (very small car) with no problem. All in all I would definitely recommend this mower for typical yard care and will definitely purchase again in the future if this one ever breaks.

I totally regret buying this
5 May 2024

I’ve always used gas mowers. I just moved so I figured I would try a battery powered mower. Big regret. It says you should get 45 minutes of life, I don’t think I even get that. I don’t have a big yard but I wouldn’t say small either. I figured it would be okay cutting my front yard & back yard on separate charges. The only problem is I can’t even finish my front or back in one charge. It takes me a total of 4 charges to cut my whole yard. With it taking 4 hours to charge I find myself cutting my grass almost 4 times a week. With all the rain we just got my grass got tall very quickly. If your yard isn’t 5ft by 5ft I would not buy this mower.

I bought thsi at Canadian Tire and it shows clearly on the box 2 batteries for the lawn mower and 1 for the trimmer. In fact there are only 2 batteries included. If you want to use the trimmer you need to borrow 1 battery from the mower. Not convenient if 2 people are working. Also claim is that this will frun 30 to 49 minutes. It will not. I got just under 20 minutes. I am told now that the 30 to 40 is for a perfectly smooth and flat lawn with really short grass. Found this out too late. Also claim is that batteries will charge in 2 hours. In fact real claim seems to be 2 to 4 hours depending. (depending on what I was not told) In fact it took over 4 hours to charge these. Not sure what the real story is on the 30 day return policy. Canadian tire will not accetp a return because it is a Worx product. Worx tells me to take it to Canadian Tire ane they will return it. Round and round we go. Final results:1- It does not last as long as promised2- If you want to get what is promised in the pictures you need to spend $150.00 more to buy an extra battery3- If you want ot return it during the 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee check really carefully where you buy it.

Perfect for small users

Perfect for me! If you are a big man - This is not your mower. If you are small or elderly, it is perfect. It is easy to start, easy to push and you don't feel like you've been lifting weights after you're finished. The batteries have plenty of charge for my small yard. The mulching plug works great, so there are no clippings and the biomass is returned to nourish the lawn. It isn't dusty. It has a nice purr and won't wake the neighbors. It makes me wonder if all of that noise and testosterone were ever really necessary.

But the repairs were needed on one of them so much of the time. So I decided to get a new lawn tractor to replace them. Yep, you guessed, the supply backlog factored into filling my order. So here I am with threat of grass growing out of control while I waited for my new tractor. As I contemplated my next move and considered that had a small pile of 20 Volt Worx Power Share batteries for my trimmer, I reflected on how much mowing was needed to trim where the previous tractor missed. I was never much of a fan for mowing with a trimmer anyways. So I happened to catch the ad for this BONUS! offer. It took a few moments to overcome the sticker shock. Probably could use another dual charger; but, I could add to my battery stable, solve mowing what my other mowers miss, plus handle the whole yard in cases when the tractor mower went out for the count. As it turned out, my back-ordered lawn tractor took a month and a few weeks to arrive. I should tell that I always liked the idea of electric mowers. But, the robots were the first electric mowers to successfully finish the job. Truthfully, they mowed every day and the effect of finishing the work was that they were never done. Instead they took a few millimeters off the length of most so the lawn always looked mowed.I need to say that I was blown away to find that I had enough remaining Power Share batteries to edge the lawn AFTER I had mowed the full front, sides and backyard. I left the bag off. What results were impressive? The 14" blade was twice as long as my robots' and the lawn still looked pretty nice. The Power Share mower needed only one battery change (It uses two 20 Volt 4.0 Ah batteries at a time.) It was so easy to mow with that my wife and youngest daughter wanted jump into the task! This thing folds up and stands on end in a corner of the garage! Throughout our wait this little thing was our go to mower. It still has a place in our family for catching up in the hard-to-hit mowing areas that still save time that used to need a trimmerr. It's been a more than capable surprise performer for us whenever we've needed it. If you're deciding on this offer and have even one other Power Share tool that already has battery/ies, adding a dual charger is a really great idea.
