I bought this several months ago and was skeptical buying it through Walmart, but as far as I can tell it’s real. Works really well and smoothly. Only issues are technical, like all of the plugins are inconvenient as I have a laptop and use a tv for my monitor through an HDMI. Have to unplug it every time to plug in the HDMI and usb for the tablet. And what I’ve experienced is if you open your drawing program to let it load before turning the tablet on it doesn’t sync correctly. But those are only small inconveniences. Other than that, its really good!

Artist 13.3 pro is a great product! It is my first display tablet and i am happy with this tablet. The best feature to this product is the wheel, it really helps a lot to do things such as zooming, adjust brush size easily. It has great brush stability helps me to make smooth line art.Earlier i bought deco pro m, and i am extremely satisfied with both the tablets.

XP Pen Artist 13.3 Pro is the great device any artist would need to fulfill all the art related requirements. Pen pressure sensitivity is accurate, Display is bright and the power borrowed from laptop alone is enough to keep the tablet working. The right click allotted to one of the pen buttons doesn't always work. But that's outside the drawing software. When drawing there are no issues. It was a great purchase, delivered swiftly and safely with no issues whatsoever. Thank you XP Pen.
The product is of desired size giving good amount of working space, the pen is smooth and the keys on side are really good for faster workflow. However while using it slows down photoshop and it was written in product descriptions that it has 10 extra nibs but I got only 8 of them.
Good Points: Love the shortcut buttons and wheel on the side. Great size and a reasonable price.Improvement Points: Can be sensitivity issues with the pen (I found out later this is a common issue).All the wires to set it up can be a bit fiddly, but this seems pretty standard.
Artist 13.3 Pro has excellent built and very nice features. Definitely worth the price - competitor brands have tablets at 2x rate while this one has all the required features at a price second to none! I went through a lot of reviews and found out that XP-Pen offers the best customer service amongst all the brands. I did face some teething issues with driver installation, but the customer support team hand-held me throughout the process and also provided me some tips on how to use the tablet well. Definitely recommend for a digital artist!
