This drawing tablet exceeded my expectations. The case was well-packed and the pen has it's own case with the spare nubs in the bottom cap. High quality and works as described. I am using the XP-Pen with Blender but it works with any of the well-known programs. If you register the tablet on their site you get bonus software which a huge plus.

I had some troubles with the first pen, but after contactin xp pen they fixed it very speedy. I am glad that everything is working perfectly now. The tablet feels really great to draw on, the pressure sensitivity is great. Only con, and maybe an improvement to next iteration would be to make the edges a bit softer. They can scratch your hand a bit. But I would'nt say its a big issue. For the price you're paying this is absolutely great.

I am giving 3 stars because of the XPPen experience. I would have given it 5 stars if it went well.I ordered Deco Pro Medium because I like it big. I got some discount and it took 4 days to deliver to my home. Although there were some structural scuffs on the sides of the box, everything else was fine.I open the box. There is the tablet and all the accessories. I plug into my phone and open Infinite Painter, but when I opened the PA1 box, I noticed something unnatural, the pen didn't come out, it refused to come out properly until I had to apply extraordinarily amounts of force.I tried it again, and it happened again, this is a manufacturing defect that ruined the perfect experience. Although I have no prior experience using a similar gadget, and am learning completely on my own, it can be said that the product is amazing in build quality, functionality and performance (yet to be properly tested).There's just one issue i have.Even after properly connecting via OTG and enabling usb debugging, the pad it's not working on my android phone.If you could help me troubleshoot this issue, that would be great.Thank you.

Wacom may have better quality, Huion might be cheaper or at par with XP-Pen pricing but neither of the companies provide great customer service. I have had an enjoyable time sketching with it on the Mac. Delivers rather well on the performance. What you get for the money is incredible! If I must nitpick, there’s a tiny bit of noticeable give in the nib. Wheel isn’t buttery smooth but it works fine. Build quality isn’t super premium but not bad either. For my use case, I love it.

This is a very good premium product, doesn't feel cheap. Build quality is good. Works well just like any other expensive pen tablet. No issues at all. Yes, here I have used a matt-finished screen guard for a better smooth drawing and writing experience and it works like a charm.
