It does do it's job of keeping the sun off you, but it doesn't actually fit the awning properly even though it is made for that size awning. It sags along the awning poles where it velcros on, and even the slightest breeze has it flappng pretty bad. If it could be pulled tighter it would be better.

Strong material & very good IPF water rating. the Velcro is strong & effective.
Same quality as the awning itself. For the price I cant really complain. The only reason its getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because it seems like its a little too wide. Attached to the awning it is slightly bunched up and doesnt look to neat. I may be being picky, but because its the same brand I feel like it should sit nicely.
Very handy addition to the awning that increased under cover area and extra privacy for camping. Provided protection from wind, afternoon sun and rain blowing into my sleeping area
The side wall was exactly the size I required, but on getting it home it wasn't the colour I thought it was going to be. My fault entirely as my mates XTM side wall was grey and I thought this would have been the same, but it turned out to be a light tan, I presume the same as their awnings. I can't comment on the quality as I didn't remove the awning from the box.I would like to give a pat on the back to Supercheap as they refunded my money with the minimum of fuss.
Wow so much extra protection and privacy from the elements and people. We love it because it goes with the xtm awning that we have and really makes being outside extremely enjoyable. Gotta get it while you can.
purchased this awning to compliment the XTM roll out shade shelter which in itself is an excellent product, however when the side awning is added the shade area is greatly increased and provides plenty of room under cover. the awning is well made and has velcro straps to attach to the shade shelters side poles. Stands up well to wind and doesn't sag. Great product, very well priced.
