I bought the Longhaul for transporting bikes on back of caravan. It does the job. Bikes are secure and dont move. But there is no way you could put 4 bikes on the carrier. To close together. 3 is ok but better for 2 adult bikes.

This is nice but it well fit at most 3 mountain bikes and it will still bit tight. I have the earlier model and reposition the 2 middle out and it still was very tight fit for 3 mountain bikes. Why can't it be longer?

Really like the 4 bike carrier, bought it for the back of my 5th wheel camper. Have had it for a little over a year and have noticed that one side of the fold down bars is bending down.

Very easy to install the rack, it is super strong but not too heavy to lift by one person. The zip strips are great for ease of use although they could be easy to lose as well. Have driven with the rack full on a number of occasions and have not had a problem.

Excellent rack for my 5th wheel trailer. Safe, secure with integrated locks, easy to install and easy to load and unload bikes. Buy the optional Yakima tube top adapter for step through bikes
Great rack, very sturdy and perfect for the back of my camper and our Jeep Wrangler. Easy on and off for our bikes that works perfect for us.
Bought this product because it is rated for use on a Motorhome. It is far superior in structural strength than the Apex 5, which we owned before, that experienced catastrophic failure of the bar that went into the hitch while we were on the Interstate, causing our bikes to be destroyed. We are very pleased with the design and construction of the Yakima LongHaul Bike Rack. Easy to assemble, easy to use and a solid piece of kit.
