Product looks good so far. A bit on the expensive side.
Locksmith was unable to fit the lock properly, very disappointed , paid for lock with installation. was thinking to install in 3 houses in all rooms but end up with big disappointment with the very first one. on top order work people ( the company who arrange the instantiation ) are very rude. Wish i was never gone with Yale in first place.
Brilliant product.Shame that it doesn't fit my door and no capability to return.Shame that I bought the installation package and Yale wont refund or cancel.
Love it though wasn't easy as expected to fit as my night latch was shallower than the 18mm stated on the instructions. Worked it out by nibbling away until the rod fitted nicely inside
