I've tried many Sriracha alternatives. This one isn't too sweet, too garlicky or, too vinegary and actually nails the flavor in every way except the pepper used. I did an A/B comparison, you can tell it uses a completely different pepper from huy fong, but in terms of seasoning/spices, it nails the flavor balance, which other alternatives have failed to do.

This sriracha is going to take over the WORLD. I have the whole yellow bird lineup and they all go hard. This is my favorite with so many things... salads, sweet and spicy chicken, ramen, burgers... it's kind of an everything hot sauce. And not too spicy, but spicier than the other sriracha bird sauce. And way better ;)

Tasty sauce. It was an impulse purchase from the checkout line. I figured that it would be covered, along with half my other purchases of the day, by the promotional $30 gift card I received with membership. Needless to say, I was very disappointed, discovering that the promotional card had expired. The gift card offer had, after all, convinced me to sign up for membership. I was under the impression that WA State Law prohibits expiry of promotional items such as this.
This is my favorite of the Yellowbird sauces! I've tried them all, but I'm such a sucker that that sweet heat. Also — if you like garlic, just trust. Get this sauce. I can't have tacos without this Birdy. Also, if you like cooking, the blue agave nectar in this sauce carmelizes veggies/stirfries perfectly! I carry a 2 oz bottle with me wherever I go and just fill it up with this bottle when I run low — I simply can't go without this flavor.
I purchased this looking for a good sauce and good brand. The selection of sriracha is slim it seems. This is by far the best sriracha I have tried and I’ve tried several looking for the taste of huy fong sriracha and this is pretty much the same flavor. This is my new sauce and I will only buy this now. You have to try this if you’re looking for a good sriracha. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve never been one to leave a review, but this sauce absolutely kills. First, I have to mention I’ve never cared for sriracha that much, but this is a total game changer. It’s sweet, a little tangy, and has a really pleasant tingle to it that lingers on the tip of your tongue. This is one sriracha that I absolutely will put on everything. It may sound a bit far fetched, but that little yellow bird has changed my life for the better. I absolutely love you, secret sauce wizards.
I read the other reviews, and I agree with the person who said the plastic is really thick. This sauce is hard to get out (and it likes to get 'jammed' because of the sauce).My biggest complaint is that this sauce is SUPER sweet. I like a sweet spicy sauce, but this isn't going to replace my beloved Sriracha that is currently unavailable. Luckily, this can be 'used up' because it's a fairly small bottle. I can't recommend this to anyone unless you need a sweetness kick. And yes, I use agave in other places in my life - but this isn't it.
