Yeti Rambler Jr 12 oz Kids Bottle Seafoam

These yetis are stainless steel, double insulated, customizable in color, and are 12 oz bottles. They hold anything liquid honestly. But we mainly use them for water or electrolyte drinks like Gatorade etc. or liquid iv when needed. They are leakproof when they’re fully closed obviously. The mouth part folds out and is like the little almost rectangular sport drinks mouth piece if that makes sense. (Almost like what an inhaler mouth piece looks like?) hopefully that’s making since. Amazing bottle, especially if you are travelling.

This is a great bottle! We bought it for our 15 month old daughter as we were going to an all inclusive resort and wanted to have cold water or milk with us by the pool. This bottle worked great for this! Mind you I had to keep a bucket of ice for most of the day with me and the bottle with it it, but the internal fluids stayed cool for a long period of time, even when the outside got hot. We still use it at home as our daughter is getting older and take it with us. My wife loves the fact that when you drop the bottle the drinking piece is inwards and does not make contact with surfaces. I love the fact I can pop it in the dishwasher and not have to scrub it.This bottle was great at the airport too! BEST CUP EVER

I cannot get over the QUALITY!!!!! I am a diehard Brumate fan. I own every one you can possibly think of. I actually have a cabinet in my kitchen dedicated to only brumates. When it came time to back to school shop, I decided to make my kids their own lunches rather get them free lunch. I knew I needed to find them a cup that would have ice cold water last all day. I tried the zak brands from Walmart & many other insulated cups. My brumates worked but not until lunch time. I finally caved & got a Yeti Rambler JR & I can’t emphasize enough how amazing this cup is! Not only is the quality incredibly clean, but it is now Saturday night & there is still ice from my daughters cup I packed for school Friday morning at 5 am when I left for work. Can’t wait to order this for my third child!

We’ve had our jr ramblers going on three years now. My son has only used his for water and Gatorade and we clean the spouts by running a pipe cleaner straw-cleaning brush we bought from Amazon down the spout and straw. You can soak them in hot soapy water and rinse well to make sure all of the small parts are clean. However, my daughters school fills hers with milk every day, she’s three and has used hers since she was one. The milk can create a little build up around the spout if not washed right away and soaked, but my sons never has any issues like hers as far as cleaning right up. They come with an extra straw which is awesome. We customized both cups with monogram on one side and first/last name on the other. They do scratch if you bang them around on hard surfaces but I would expect that with every cup. Overall durability is really great. For my daughter when she was younger we looped a strap through the handle and into the stroller straps in case she dropped it. The handle is genius. The cup keeps liquids cold for crazy amounts of time. I put ice water in them the night before school and the water stays cold through school hours the next day. Also have taken them on multiple beach vacations and they are great for a hot day out playing in the sun, water remained cold/cool for hours. I will probably end up replacing my daughters as one of her birthday gifts in a few months just because of the milk situation and it being a little hard to clean out, but I forget that there’s milk in it occasionally and it sits in it so partially my fault. I cannot wait to get one for my smallest child’s first birthday. It says 3+ but a one year old can definitely use these!! So worth the price point. Customize it to avoid tempting anyone to steal it or to keep it from getting lost. I wrote my phone number on the bottom with a sharpie as well. Don’t hesitate just buy it. I spend $40 in coffee and fast food in a week, these have lasted for years and such a convenience to keep my kids drink cool so definitely don’t have a problem with the price. Durable, well-insulated leak-free cup!

Got this for my 2 year old to replace random straw cups he had. This is a bit heavy, but he handles it just fine. We love how freely the water flows versus valved leak-free cups. The valved cups made it difficult for my son to sip his water. Love how cold this keep his water. He knows how to close the straw spout, and I'm sure as he gets older, he'll know how to open it (he just turned two, so he doesn't have the strength to open it). I don't understand the people that complain that it leaks when the straw spout is open...it's open...of course water comes out. This cup is leak free when cap is fully on and straw spout is closed. Son dropped it during first week, so it has some battle scars (scratches), but no dents! So durable! Great Customized Rambler but No Straw

I love Yeti products and had no problem with the long wait to receive the customized rambler for my daughter to be delivered. Quality and print are perfect. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a straw insert for inside the bottle which renders it useless for the time being.I contacted customer service who got back to me quickly, but they said they do not include straws with the rambler. They would have sent a complimentary one if the replacement straws were in stock, so I would give it 5 stars for customer service.I will just look for a replacement elsewhere but was bummed that after waiting for so long the product didn't come with the straw like it used to and we'll have to wait longer to use it for school.Overall I still love Yeti and will continue ... MoreI love Yeti products and had no problem with the long wait to receive the customized rambler for my daughter to be delivered. Great size for the little ones!

We love all things Yeti, especially when it comes to camping. For the new school year, we wanted to get the kids new water bottles for all of their sports activities. Something fun w/ nice colors that can keep their water icy cold for their games. The Yeti ramblers checked off all the boxes, the kids LOVE the variety of colors. However, cleaning the straw and lid to this rambler can be a bit tricky. Thankfully, we haven’t experienced any mold issues like some of the other reviewers but you do have to be super diligent in cleaning out every crack and making sure no water gets in there. They’re holding up well so far and I hope they will last for the entire school year and then some! :)

Great thermos but..

I bought this for my six year old for both sports and for school and had it monogrammed with his name. It works great for sports, play dates, or playing in the yard but it’s not the best for school or day trips. The 12oz size is not enough water during the day since that is all he drinks. We had to send in an additional bottle of water so he could refill it. It got to be too much so we just use a larger bottle for school.Unfortunately, the next size Yeti thermos does not have a straw top, it’s a chug top, and that does not work. Horrified when found lots of black mold inside lid

Love how solid these Rambler Jr. bottles are and how names can be added to the side. However, after noticing the straws had some black specks on the two I own after removing them for the dishwasher I checked out the straw part of the lid using Q-tips. I was horrified and sick to see the Q-tops were covered in black mold. Couldn't get rid of it all, even after soaking them in warm soapy water and cleaning additionally with the Q-tips. I just checked to see if Yeti offers a different kind of lid with the slide cover. Nope. Horrified that Yetti isn't doing anything about this. I found Many complaints about the mold inside the lid's straw/mouth area right here on this site..

Keeps drinks cold, easy to cart around.

I bought each of my kids this cup for Christmas last year to place in stockings. I can say my kids are rough on everything and two take it to school everyday. The handles a year later are still attached with no cracking. And no mold what so ever. The mold cases to me seem to human error. You can’t let these sit for days on end with water in them and not expect mold. Also after being ran through the dish washer (I detach the straw) I let them completely dry out before assembling and placing into my cupboards. Anything put away wet in a dark area with a straw would mold. These are in best shape a year later. I just bought more for Valentine’s Day gifts for them.
