While I do wish this product didn’t contain so much denatured alcohol and fragrance, I did find that it felt nice on the skin and had some smoothing properties due to the glycerin and Hyaluronic acid in the formula. However, I would never purchase this for myself. The price is outrageous for something that has so many irritants and when the formula itself is so lackluster. There are so many amazing products out there that aren’t this pricey and deliver much better results. Also, I must say that I have no problem spending money on skincare. If this was a superior/unique formula that did wonders for my complexion, I would spend the $88 gladly. I like that it is mostly hyaluronic acid and not heavy like many "anti-aging" serums or creams. It does not make my skin break out. It is refillable, but the base doesn't always hold the replacement well, and for its price point, it should be a little higher quality. But the serum itself works well, and I wait for it to go on sale. I cannot tell if it has done anything wrinkle-wise that retinol wouldn't do, but keeping my face well-moisturized helps prevent more wrinkles from forming. I received this as a free sample but its my honest review.I’ve never been dissatisfied with any YSL Beauty products! Their packaging is to die for AND their products work even better!! I have combo skin that suffers from premature wrinkles. I have used this for a week now and I love it!! It makes my skin feels super soft, hydrated and just overall healthy...I’m sure with continuous use, I will see my wrinkles diminished! I love that this serum is super lightweight and literally melts into skin within seconds without feeling heavy/sticky. It does have a slight scent that I don’t mind. Oh and YSL beauty also have a separate refill bottle available for this serum, which is super convenient! Overall I say, try it!
