Zempire W Leg V2 Stretcher

I purchased this and the Zempire Bomberpad camping mat together, needing something compact. The stretcher is fairly easy to put together.... though wouldn't want to be doing it every day if on the move, but if you're staying put for awhile then it's great. It's nice & compact so doesn't take up much room.I wanted to get the bed off the ground and this did the trick. I'm 6 foot tall and weigh 95kg so was a little worried I wouldn't be comfortable on the 7cm Bomber mattress. But combined with this stretcher, found it very comfy and if on a budget would opt for this stretcher and the Bomberpad 7cm, instead of the Monstamat on the ground. Good quality item.

I don’t usually leave reviews but thought this deserved one. I’m 6ft and 85kg and had several good nights sleep when camping with this recently. I used a light self inflating mattress on top and was catching zzzs without a worry. It’s that bit longer and wider than similar stretchers, so my feet didn’t hang off and my pillow stayed on the bed all night. Easy to set up, packs down smaller than my oztent goanna stretcher but just as comfy. Very happy with this.

A winner in terms of lightweight and comfortable. Set up is simple but be warned - stretcher material needs to stretch to be able to bend the metal to get the legs clicked properly. It's rated up to 100kg but the first time we set them up it took 2 x 65kg adults to get enough bodyweight to bend the leg down and then 1x 65kg adult plus 1 x 20kg child to weigh down and stretch the stretcher fabric so it became easier to assemble. After that it got easier. Would definitely recommend it, just don't give it brand new to the kids/grandma/mum/dad and assume they can assemble it alone.
