This mattress is so comfy! We ordered this one for our master bedroom. As soon as we laid down on it, it was what I imagined would be like laying on a cloud. Opening the mattress from the box and then the vacuum sealed packaging was interesting. Never experienced anything like it before. Definitely order yourself this mattress, if not definitely order it for someone you love. They will get the best nights sleep, ever!

It is quite heavy however hubby managed to wrangle it on his own.Written instructions on how to open the mattress was clear and concise. We slept on it the first night we got it and have been sleeping in the guest room since we got it. I love that this mattress is 10 inches high and makes the bed set up higher. The mattress tends to stay warmer than I prefer and would rather it stay cooler. It’s very comfortable and has just the right firmness. The firmness is perfect for her, though I would prefer it more firm. She said that she hasn't noticed any cooling effect. It's winter here and it may be more noticeable during the summer months. She keeps it covered with a mattress cover so I'm not sure she'll be able to tell anyhow. It's not a very long-term sleeping mattress, but using it in conjunction with a box spring or a bunkie board will definitely increase its longevity. I bought two of these for twin beds in a guest room. They are surprisingly comfortable. I'm not sure how they would hold up with daily use but they seem pretty sturdy and are perfect for a guest room. The sides are a little soft because they don't have a metal frame or springs. I had never ordered a bed in a box, so it was really cool watching it "grow". We left it on the floor in a guest room overnight and it filled out quite solidly. There weren't any odd odors and the mattress fabric is quite soft and clean. I actually did recommend this mattress to a neighbor.
Mattress is made to sound very comfortable and looks much bigger on the photos on website. It's like sleeping on a box spring and throwing a cheap foam piece on top. Was expecting much softer and way more comfort. Also no side support. I'm not heavy at all, 130 lbs. And sides squish down when sitting on side of bed. Now the trouble of trying to return the item I'm sure will be a hassle. There's no way it won't get dirty if I were to carry outside, mind you is a very heavy mattress and try to put on top of my vehicle to bring back .....
I am very happy with my purchases. I ordered this in a twin size for my 91 year old mother. It is very comforting. I liked it so much I just ordered it again in King size a few days ago and it just arrived. All you have to do is carry the box to the room u want and then open it. Once you break the plastic it will begin to expand. We let it sit overnight. Right now the king size one it's still in box. Will update once our platform beframe arrives to see how it functions for us.
