This product is good because it's grain-free, so my dog with digestive issues has no problem with it. The lack of added carbs or fillers is also a big thumbs up! Plus, the 10% superfood inclusions make it even better for my pet's health. However, the price could be a bit more affordable. The packaging could use some improvement, and it would be nice to have more size varieties. Despite these, I still think it's a great product overall.

This product is good because it has a high protein content, which is suitable for all life stages of dogs. I also appreciate the use of wild-caught seafoods. However, the product could use a wider variety of flavors. More allergen information would also be helpful. My Mal-Shi loved this food but she was allergic to something in it. Her eyes watered a lot since I started feeding her this, and the condition improved when I changed her food. I wished I could’ve kept her on it!

This is stinky and delicious. Pawrent's pockets may smell fishy, but she knows I'll paws on command if she's got a handful ready to go. Sometimes when she's running late, it's my breakfast on the way to doggy daycare -- I eatz on the go in the car. Sometimes she stuffs a toilet paper roll with a paper towel all rolled up with it, and leaves it to entertain me when she leaves me (the nerve) to go to da store. Sometimes she throws a handful across the fuzzy floor covering so have to use my snoot to sniff it out piece by piece. Pawrent says it's very versatile, but still healthy.

Use these for training and keep them in the fridge or freezer once I open the bag because I'm not sure how shelf stable they are. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. I use them as high value but I'm not sure how high value they actually are for my dogs. If anything, it's got nutrients good for my dog and I feel good about the brand but I think my dogs would still go for the string cheese first. I only buy these on sale. I could never afford to feed my two large dogs this as their primary diet.
My feedback is really positive because this dog food is just amazing. I love the nutrient dense food, it's great for my dog's health. The wild-caught seafood and the high protein content really show in my dog's energy levels. I'm happy to support a brand that's ethical and sustainable. The best part is that it promotes heart and brain health in my pet. Since it’s dried, I use it for treats too and it’s not gross to keep in my pocket on walks. Highly recommend it!
This dog food has many positives like being low carb, grain-free, high in protein, and having a superfood boost. It's also ethical and sustainable. However, the taste, texture, packaging, availability, size options, and digestibility could be improved. The price is slightly high and there's a need for more flavor variety. ZIWI could also enhance their customer service and ingredient sourcing. Despite these, I still love this product.
This is a really great purchase because it's suitable for all ages and breeds. I love that there are no added hormones or antibiotics. It's ethically and sustainably sourced with free-range meats and wild-caught fish. The 96% meat, organs, and bone content make it a nutrient-dense choice. The fact that it's air-dried and ready to serve is a time saver! Plus, it's grain-free and comes in a 2.2-lb bag size. And the superfoods! All around a win!
The reason that I like this dog food is primarily its high protein content. I've noticed it supports joint health and it's great that it's suitable for dogs of all life stages. However, I do wish it was priced a bit lower. An inclusion of a clearer ingredient list would be appreciated, along with more sustainable packaging. It would also be nice if they included a calorie count to help keep track of my dog's intake. Despite these, I'm generally satisfied with my purchase.
We've been using Ziwi Peak dog treats for our dog, Bear since he was a puppy. These treats are nothing short of amazing! Bear absolutely loves them, and they have been an essential part of his training routine. They are also incredibly convenient for us. The size of the treats is perfect for training sessions - small enough to not overfeed but substantial enough to keep Bear motivated. They fit effortlessly into our treat pouch, making them the ideal training treat.

Petso has always maintained a reasonable price on this very expensive but nutritious, dog food and so we regularly stock up from Petso. The only down side is after straining the last quarter of the bag we always find at least a cupful of food dust and tiny pieces that is always present at the bottom of the bag. This may be a transport problem from the manufacturer but is compounded by neglectful delivery. As my dog can't hold down this dust and vomits it up, I have to throw it out and that amounts to $15-20 wastage per 2.5kg bag for the cup of dust, taking into account the amount of cups a 2.5kg bag holds and the cost per bag.
