I purchased this rice cooker about 6 years ago. It’s still going strong and I love the different features it has. I have made everything from jasmine rice, Thai sticky rice, sushi rice, and rice porridge in this rice cooker. The bowl is nonstick and has lasted just as long as the rest of the machine. Hands down the best rice cookers on the planet.

I’ve been using mine for a year and bought them for my kids for Christmas. This is my favorite cooking appliance I’ve ever owned!! We keep rice warm in it for up to three days and add it to our senior dogs food to help keep weight on. The quality of the rice is as good on day three as it is on day one. Once you’ve owned one, you’ll never settle for anything less!

This rice cooker is dedicated to just rice cooking which makes it a terrific choice. Has LCD controls with 7 auto settings. Cooks varieties of rice from white, to sweet rice, to sushi, porridge and brown. It has two options for keep warm, regular keep warm or extended keep warm. It has a delayed timer function. As for cooking rice, I did away with pre-washing the rice altogether in the instructions and the rice came out perfectly each time.Has fuzzy logic tech and sells for half the price of other rice cookers there with fuzzy logic technology. Ten cup capacity too, so such a steal!

I recently purchased a Zojirushi rice cooker to replace my old Zojirushi one that I used for over 25 years. It still worked, but the coating on the inside pan was peeling and could not be replaced.My new Zojirushi rice cooker lasted 1.25 years. When I contacted customer service, they reminded me several times that the warranty was for 1 year. They advised me to send the rice cooker back to them, so that they could diagnose and repair at my expense. That means shipping to and from, parts and labor. The cost would be about the price I paid for the new rice cooker. Unacceptable!Zojirushi products used to be top of the line. Not anymore. I bought this because I was sick of making stove too rice or using the instant pot for making rice and not having consistency even after following directions appropriately. I’m very happy with the purchase of this rice cooker and it’s much easier to clean.
While we have only used our new rice cooker a couple of times, we are already very happy with the purchase. The directions for use of different types of rice are easy, and the rice we’ve made so far turns out perfect. Looking forward to many years with our new kitchen necessity.
This thing is amazing! We’ve had ours for about two weeks now and we’ve used it every day. Makes PERFECT rice every single time. We will never go back to using a saucepan on the stove. I’d give it 20 stars if I could.
This is a huge step up from the normal style rice cookers. The rice takes longer to cook, but it comes out absolutely perfect. Also, it stays fresh on the warm setting for days. I wasn't sure this was worth the price difference, but it's worth every penny.
I love this rice cooker! We eat a lot of rice and Instant Pot rice just wasn’t cutting it anymore. My favorite feature is being able to schedule when my rice is finished. It’s very easy to use and rice comes out great every time. So far we’ve made sushi rice, long grain white rice, and brown rice and it’s all been delicious. Looking forward to using this rice cooker for many years to come :)
