I have mixed feelings about this order. The product is fine. But the whole experience from the time I placed the order, until I received the product was BAD. Lucky Store will not respond to any chat message within Lazada. After 2 weeks of chasing in vain, I found out the shop telefon no. online and called. On the phone, the seller was nice and friendly. During our conversation i found out the product was indeed in stock (and yet there I was waiting for over 2 weeks with no reply whatsoever - Lazada hotline being also useless). I gave him my order no. via Whatsapp and 2 days later I had my cooker. So my advice: don't buy from Lucky Store via Lazada, just go directly to their shop or order via they're website!

rice cooks very well. but it does take some time. for example brown rice needs 110 mins to cook. there is also a quick function u can use if u r in a rush -45 mins. overall a sleek and cool addition to your kitchen.

Heard many good reviews on zojirushi rice cooker. Finally bought it during 10.10 sale for $213. Hope it works good!
Very well made rice cooker and easy to use. Normal cooking takes 1hr with 45 mins in Quick mode. Highly recommended.
