Overall very happy with this kettle. We love the fact there's no plastic on the inside and barely no plastic anywhere. It appears to be well designed and built. The slim width is helpful when you have limited space to place it, so it fits well next to our toaster. The large handle is sturdy and comfortable to use. The only downside is that it is a little smaller in volume so you can get 2-3 drinks but struggle to get 4. It keeps the heat for longer with the insulation and the digital temperature indicator is helpful but probably not necessary to have power for so long being used for this feature so we have to constantly turn it off at the wall. Overall we like it for the healthier benefits and thats why we bought it. There's no other kettle on the market that has 100% stainless steel on the inside so this is a great benefit

Have been using this kettle multiple times a day for about a month and can't praise it enough. I wanted a stainless-steel kettle that would last more than a year without deterioration, and one in which the water wouldn't be in contact with plastic. This is my fourth electric kettle. The previous three were sold by well-known brands but material and quality suboptimal. I prefer things that last, but wasn't aware of this option before. It's so well designed and beautiful. Worth it, even if it weren't so beautiful.

This is a beautiful countertop appliance that heats water extremely quickly. The only noise it makes is when the water is heated to boiling. It’s a pricey kettle (I purchased when W-S had it on sale) but the efficiency and aesthetics are very satisfying. I also have the Aarke water filter pitcher which is very high quality, another reason I was persuaded to purchase this brand.

What a brilliant kettle! I've been using it for almost a month now and it is truly premium with great build quality. Works as intended and the temperature regulation is a real bonus.
I wanted to buy the best non-toxic kettle I could find. Yes it looks very cool on my bench but the quality of stainless steel is excellent. It’s a significant purchase in terms of price but what price health?
Build is excellent , unfortunately it is small amount 1.2l . Otherwise it is good product and you need to watch for aarke logo on the side it has sharp edges and you can cut yourself with it
Very nice kettle, all metal apart from rubber seal at the top, smooth quiet operation. Looks nice. Feels smooth. I do recommend this kettle for those that appreciate a good cuppa.
Great looking item, looks and feels sturdy. A bit on the lower capacity side but knew that when buying. The base isn’t as premium looking as the kettle itself. The only issue I have is with temperature control which is very imprecise when refilling an already hot kettle.
I regret buying this. I oogled it for a few weeks when it launched and managed to talk myself out of spending $250 on an electric kettle when the Cuisinart one I have still works perfectly well. But, when I gave my kitchen a little makeover, I decided to go ahead and get the aarke as a treat becasue it would look so much better on my re-styled countertop. I was immediately disappointed when I realized that: 1. It doesn’t beep or make any sound when it has reached temperature. If I set it and walk away, I’m usually going to forget about it unless I hear a beep. 2. It does not have a “hold” or “keep warm” option, which I assumed was standard on all electric kettles. This means that by the time you remember you put the kettle on and return, the water has heated to the desired temperature , then steadily cooled - sometimes to the point of needed to be run again. 3. I also have a Fellow kettle at my upstate house and I love how you can easily see the actual current temp in real time. If you don’t use the “hold” on the Fellow kettle, you can at least see what temp the water has dropped to when you return to it so you can decide if it’s hot enough for your purpose. The aarke does not display the current temp and even the set temp is very hard to see. Guests or less frequent users who don’t have the options memorized will need excellent vision or vision aids to see the numbers every time. 4. Lastly, the beautiful mirror finish actually shows the slightest fingerprints way more easily than I’d imagine. I have other chrome and mirror-stainless fixtures and accessories like my Waterdrop water bottle and they manage to keep their bling without fingerprints but for some reason this kettle needs constant polishing. Even an accidental touch with a clean hand leaves a greasy looking smudge somehow. In summary, The Fellow kettle was worth the splurge. The Cuisinart has the best functional features and the aarke was a $250 regret.
Heating element stopped working after a couple of uses. Need to return and replace. Hopefully not an indication of overall quality, this was my first time purchasing this brand, but a one off.
