The build quality is excellent and charges really fast. 100W is good enough for most things. Its not without some caveats. I'm an Oppo user and have both a 30W and 80W charger from them and sadly it didn't "play nice" with this battery bank reducing the re-charge to about 10-12W, making it rather slow to recharge to the point of unusable . Other 3rd party chargers may have a similar issue. To charge the battery back up you need a decent charger (e.g An Anker 65W) which will recharge it in ~1-2hours and a cable to take that power. This adds about £30-£40 pushing the total price to about £100-£120.Add to that that I found the battery not as long lasting (as others have commented) means i would recommend looking at the 24000mAh version. A further £15 more. All told if you ... MoreThe build quality is excellent and charges really fast. 100W is good enough for most things. Its not without some caveats. This thing is surely more than I need, it ways 1lb 2 ounces and is massive overkill me. I also may have to keep it just because it's awesome. It will charge that 20kw at almost 100watts, fully charge in about an hour plugged into the fastest GaN charger I own (Anker Prime 100w). May go even faster. You also have 2 autosensing usbc and an old usba port you can all use at once. If you're a traveller who find yourself away from power for long periods and need something portable, this pound is worth it.It has a very nifty lcd display that shows the power input/output of all 3 ports as well as how full it is and how much longer to charge in big letters. You can really charge this whole dang thing over lunch and be back in business. With 2 laptops plugged in at the same time ... Does better with one laptop and galaxy phone. One negative though is that Because of those autosensing ports, you may have difficulty charging Another smaller battery pack. I'm trying with a usbc->a as the usba port doesn't autosense in/out, and only getting 9w to a device that will do 20w from a wall charger. But if you need something to charge something with a lot of power requirements, this is certainly your friend and I'd highly recommend it. Think of it as a second laptop batter, probably bigger than your built-in one.

Got it the first day it became available on Amazon. I should have been putting up this review on Amazon but this 20000 mAh and the 12000 mAh version went missing on Amazon.com from 8/9/23, so here I go here on Anker's website.I ran a few tests, both charing and re-charging. Let's start with re-charging the power bank. It is fast. I used the Anker 735 65W charger and it can constantly accept 60W. 0-100% is about an hour. It does not slow down until it hits ~90%.The problems come from charing. The first run I had was to charge a new M2 Macbook Air 15". This power bank went from 100% to 0% and was only able to charge the macbook from 29%-81%. During the charge I put the macbook to sleep so it is consuming minimum energy. Regarding charging speed, I was using the magsafe cable that comes with the macbook, but the truth is the power bank is only able to max out at 71W. I did not see any numbers higher than that. During the charge, the temperature rose from room temperature to about 38C.The second test was to charge the macbook along with an iPhone 13 Pro Max, but the result was quite disappointing. The power bank went from 70% to 0%, and it was only capable to charge the macbook from 8% to 42%, and the iPhone from 30% - 78%. Speed-wise the macbook was also getting around 71W while the iPhone was getting around 24W. However, the rates did not hold up as it got quite hot (46C) in about 20 minutes. The rate became 45W and 12W, respectively. Overall it was still fast, but it was nowhere near what is being advertised. To conclude, I am disappointed about this power bank. Design is sleek and lightweight. I have had many other Anke power banks over the years and none of those had failed me. I bought this to fast charger my work laptop but it is just not capable. I bought a 737 and I hope it would not be a disappointment.

The first one I received came with a scratched screen. The box was undamaged and sealed so this suggests poor handling at the factory. I ordered and have now received a second unit which is in pristine condition. I must now wait for the return and refund of the first unit; hassle that could be avoided with better quality control. The power bank was supplied completely flat (discharged) which isn't a very healthy state and contradicts Anker's own advice. When first connecting to a power supply it briefly shows 50% charge but then changes to 0% as the charging begins. I have seen other reports of this, so it seems to be a bit of a firmware bug when fully drained.
I really like this power bank as it has a fast charge in and out. Screen is also useful and you can monitor the charging speed. So all together I like the package. However what I dont understand why makers think they have to lie about capacity. This is not my first one what is far from the claimed capacity. But in this specific case Anker claims 20.000mah. I have for example A Samsung phone with 5500 mah battery and a Samsung tablet with 10000mah battery. When i charge my phone from 5% to 95% power bank falls from 100% to 60% and when i try to charge my tablet after that from 15% Power bank runs out of power at charging tablet to only 70%. So if i calculate that back 90% of 5500mah is 4950mah and 55% of 10.000mah is 5500mah so if i add that together the capacity of ... Let me start with the build quality - it's of the highest level. Modern, sleek design and clearly using quality materials. I get the idea that you get a power bank on the go, but unfortunately it's not fast charging. I have three phones and a tablet and the best I could get was about 30w of charging. The devices don't even recognise it as fast charging. And I'm not talking about the proprietary charging. That's completely absent. Have different power bricks at home ranging from 50 to 120w. The anker refused to top up from any of them apart from one old xiaomi power brick rated at 67w. You need to buy the proper charger from anker to achieve the fast recharging of the power bank. The whole setup could easily go above £150. That's way too much for what they offer as a ... MoreLet me start with the build quality - it's of the highest level. You need to buy the proper charger from anker to achieve the fast recharging of the power bank. The whole setup could easily go above £150. That's way too much for what they offer as a product. If you're going in the forest, park, hiking or something it will get the job done. Although there's a lot cheaper options than this one. But if you're a city person mostly it's cheaper to buy a spare proprietary charger for your phone and get it charged in about 20-30min. Plus, a proprietary charger is more compact and lighter and you'll save a lot of space in your bag. I believe that if those modern power banks don't support the ultra fast charging of the modern phones they're not worth the money. A simple power bank in the range £30-50 would be enough. Same speed but you're saving a lot of money.
Very well built, love the display on the front, it’s one of the main reasons I got it. I’ve bought other Anker battery packs, and many GAN USBC chargers. As I saw mentioned in another review, the calibration was way off when I first got it. Charging my Google pixel phone which is 5000 mAH drained more than 20%, so I drained the battery and juiced it back to 100, then have had better results with it more accurately showing the amount left, but would like to do more exact test.Charges super fast, I’ve charged it using my other Anker 65W charger, but it accepts up to 100W charge rate.Yes its quite heavy, but its a big 20,000 battery, great design and features. so cant really complain I guess. I think Anker 12000 MAH battery with display on it could be a good compromise ... MoreVery well built, love the display on the front, it’s one of the main reasons I got it. So a little back story. I had originally bought the anker 737 Power Bank (PowerCore 24K) to charge my tab s8 ultra and s23 ultra at super fast charging 2.0 speeds (45 watts). it worked in the beginning but after a while it stopped charging at 45 watts. I got it replaced and the replacement had the same issue, so I just got it refunded. wasn't a pleasant experience.I then came across this anker prime 20k power bank. This power bank is pricy AND it doesn't support 45 watt super fast charging 2.0, which is fine with me because i bought it for the convenience of the charging base. this is a trade off I was willing to accept. I ordered 2 of them, one for me and one for a family member. Out of these two, one of them was defective, and did not charge my tab s8 ultra at ... MoreSo a little back story. I ordered 2 of them, one for me and one for a family member. Out of these two, one of them was defective, and did not charge my tab s8 ultra at the standard 25 watts, and would drop to 10 watts some times. This was again a poor experience, so I sent it this base plus power bank for replacement. When they sent me the replacement though, they only sent a replacement power bank and not the base! I had even sent them my receipts and I returned my original package in its power bank plus base packaging, so I'm not sure how anker managed to make that mistake. Ive reached out to them to try and get them to amend the issue but I'm going away for the holidays and honestly am not sure if they'd even be able to amend this mistake so that I could use this for its intended purpose.
