I like the bellboy backpack it works really well and you can pack a lot in it!Two things that are a bit different is that it doesn’t always hang well when you’ve only got one strap on your shoulder, and if it’s fully packed it doesn’t often sit against your back.Neither are major drawbacks - it’s a fab bag, love that it’s waterproof and appreciate the separate laptop compartment.

This backpack has everything thought through and figured out. I ordered the wrong color first but Moosejaw completed the exchange in under a week! Very smooth and once I got the right color I have been using it non-stop and have figured out all of the cool features.

I bought this for my wife and she’s very happy with the look and features. She’s 5’4” and the height of the pack appears to fit her torso well. A waist belt, even if optional, might be useful, but probably not necessary for this 28L size. Nicely done.

I've only had this for a month and have used it on two weekend trips. If you are an efficient packer, you really can use this bag for a weekend trip. It's a little smaller than I expected it to be, but incredibly well-designed, and kind of perfect for a two night trip. Seems durable, though we'll see how it holds up. The comments that others have made that the straps have a tendency to slip is true, but it hasn't really bothered me because they are also easy to adjust on the fly. I'm very pleased.
I bought this a month ago as my everyday office bag. The separate laptop compartment is a nice feature and fits my 13 inch laptop with no issue . The clamshell opening is perfect for overnight business trips.Overall it's a great professional looking bag that fits my needs.
Stylish bag with great organization. False bottom laptop compartment. Side pockets can hold 20oz hydroflask easily. My only gripe is lack of a dedicated tablet pocket.

I use the zippered side pockets to hold a water bottle and compact umbrella. The main compartment holds 1-2 days of clothes. I like that it opens fully to make packing easier. The straps are comfortable. The fabric is made from recycled materials and seems durable. I like the size of this work pack. The larger Transit packs were too large for my short frame. I own several Bellroy things, and love their design and quality. Confusingly, though, depending on the color the fabric can be really different. I liked the LOOK of the Lunar type, but the fabric was not the best. I much prefer the black, smoother fabric.

This pack doesn’t hurt my back, as many others have while carrying a heavy load. If you’re tall and want a spacious bag, then this is perfect for you. Bellroy is an expensive brand, yes, but that’s just the way it is nowadays if you want anything that’s decent quality. Definitely have a pal measure how long your back is and compare that to the dimensions of this pack and any others your looking at.
