Looks great and the venting system works well. Pricey but no need to buy an extractor hood. The only reason I've given 4 stars is because we're waiting for the kitchen fitter to return as we don't think the extraction duct is fitted properly

A great design solution if you only have an island bench and an 8m high ceiling. Downdraft works really well with lower to medium sized pots and pans, but is a bit hit and miss with larger saucepans (5l boiler).It is very simple to use, even my husband can switch it on. I really like that it automatically runs the venting when switched on.The Bosch ductwork that you need for ducting is a complete rip off. Bosch should be ashamed of itself for charging $80 for a plastic duct bend considering the price of the initial unit. The filters and accessories also command a ridiculous price.

was worried how well an extractor hob would actually work. pleasantly surprised how well it does! the induction and controls are intuitive and efficient

An outstanding hob that is so easy to use,heats up sooo fast and means that you don't need an extractor fan ( see photo of built in extractor)I can't impress on you how thrilled I am with itIn addition that Bosch after care is outstanding.Full marks all the way around. Life changing!!!
The BOSCH 2-in-1 cooktop is very impressive. My partner and I are renovating our first house and bought one for our kitchen. We previously used gas cookers but since using induction we aren't looking back. The induction cooktop boils water in under 5 minutes and cooks every meal to perfection, so easy to clean and the hot surface safety is a bonus. We also love the in build ventilation as it makes the kitchen not look so bulky and we can also put a lightstrip above the cooker. Thank you
One on the best cooktop I ever use its mindblowing very smooth to use easy to clean after you use best in the market i will give 10 out of 10 for Bosch prduct thanks for making my kitchen really beautiful ..
I am very impressed with this cooktop. It is easy to use, the boost function boils water extremely quickly, the inbuilt extraction fan turns on automatically and is very effective.
Just be aware with this model it does not even come with the filters or extraction kits required to make this unit work - expect around $1000 extra in filters and parts you need to buy from Bosch directly as appliances online dont sell them or assist you with buying them.
A great option for a small or minimalist kitchen, or perhaps a cooktop in an island. No need for a big extractor unit and for a small family, the built in extractor is strong enough.
was skeptical at first how much a downdraft would work. bit it Is like magic. the induction is top quality. and it all fits nicely into a 60cm cabinet.
