As soon as I walked into Harvey Norman, I saw the bright deep yellow one on display and loved it at first sight, the handle is lovely to hold with its curviness and is big enough to feel nice, a lot of other kettles, the handle felt undersized and square, but not this Breville. Soft opening lid is nice, if you need to top up straight after boiling so it lets the steam out more gently rather than getting a face full of steam like many others. Boils reasonably quick, makes a nice subtle ping when it is boiled. I don't why but all kettles seem to boil too long once it reaches boiling, it can't get any hotter. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because the water level can be hard to see, I hope Breville do rectify this on their next model. But all in all excellent.

I love this kettle! It looks beautiful, it's easy to hold. I've read other reviews saying the water level is difficult to see but my kettle is in a well lit area and I have no problem seeing where the water level is at. The chime sound it makes when finished boiling is really cute. So far I love it. Now to see if it stands the test of time.
Kettle is build well the only problem I find with it is the heating element doesn’t heat to a hot temperature, unsure if there is a limit on heat or the kettle is faulty
Love the colour! Just a tad noisy but I can live with that 😊
