The soft gels were sticking so much to each other that I can’t even get it out the bottle. Had to destroy the bottle to de-stick them and place it in another container.This is my second time using this supplement and I’m still loving it. I have read about Cod Liver oil from a book and its benefits. Based from my research, Carlson makes the best Cod Live Oil supplement. The gel has no fish taste and easy to swallow but would smell sometimes.

Great cod liver oil, just like the traditional stuff that parents use to feed their kids back in the days when parents weren't completely clueless about what to feed their children. Now days the standard diet for most children is chip, candy, milk and cola. It doesn't help that women are no too concerned with careers instead of raising their own children.Cod liver is great for the joints and brain health.
