I researched for Vitamin D supplements and found this combination would be great. There were a number of products available in the market. This one seemed to have the right value for money and the kind of combination I was exactly after. It gave me results I was hoping for.
Have been taking these for the last month because my vitamin D is low. I have found it helpful in boosting my levels and giving my immune system support.
Caruso's is a quality brand and their K2+D3 combination is great way of getting these two key synergistic vitamins in your diet. Both are difficult to get from a normal diet and sun exposure. Great for bone support. I've been using consistently for a year and will continue to buy this brand
After 2 years of working from home and sitting on my arse in general, my chiropractor reminded me of the importance of exercise and vitamin D. I found K2+D3 on Caruso's website and have not looked back since! I also take Vitamin C, Activated B12, Zinc and Super Magnesium - all from Caruso's website. They are necessary and affordable.
I take one a day along with 20 minutes in the sun between 11 am and 2 pm (recommended). This is helping with my body's capacity to maintain bone and general health.
I feel this is the best Vitamin D3 supplement especially with the important K2. It's a pity we don't have higher doses available to us in Australia with Vit D being so important. I have Coeliac Disease and using a higher dose from overseas can be risky.
