I'm a guitar player, who wants to get a keyboard arranger... after looking at all of the features on the ones under about $1500, I decided to get a less expensive alternative for now. I Haven't played around with a keyboard for years, So I thought the lessons with lighted keys might help out. The sounds and rhythms are pretty good! this is a great sounding LITTLE starter. good sound and lots of features including pre-loaded songs and a rhythm feature. BUT the cord is too short and it's not recommended to be used with an extension cord, but directly into the wall. Also the plastic backing makes it easy to slide off the stand that came with it. It is short, only 61 keys, might have something to do with the fact that it slides off easily,
