My husband has asked for a large pepper mill for Christmas so I ordered this one based on looks and reviews. I am not disappointed and I hope he isn’t. Haven’t used it yet obviously but I am sure it will do it’s job very well

These A4 size (120mm high x 58mm diameter) salt and pepper mills are the perfect size for tableware. Beautiful natural beech wood and high quality grinding mechanisms. It was lovely to smell the freshly ground pepper! Really pleased with my purchase and great service from Harts of Stur, including biodegradable packaging made from corn starch.

Cute and solid little mill. Quality is excellent. Difficult to find this size to fit in my drawer.
Received large box containing everything ordered. Products fine & as described, once we had found them in the bottom of the box! My husband & I had to scoop out a large quantity of polystyrene "sqiggles" to find them. The squiggles are now sitting in our hut, until we get the chance to take them to the local tip, as they are not recyclable. Why not use something a little more environmentally friendly for the packaging?
I love to keep this handy little pepper mill on the dining table so you can adjust your own seasoning to taste. The smaller size means it doesn't take up too much room either.
I was delighted to find that Cole & Mason salt and pepper grinders are still available - I still use one that belonged to my mother, it must be over 50 years old and still grinds beautifully.
