Even the Heinz non-organic variety tastes better to me.I received it in excellent condition, but immediately noted how pale the color was, and how little sediments it had at the bottom (you can see this in the stock picture). Most apple cider is usually much darker, more reddish.When I opened it, it was missing the usual floral scent-- I couldn't SMELL any apples (like I can with other brands). When I tasted it, it tastes like it had citric acid added (I know because I have it and use it), and NOTHING of apples. it seems like a good quality apple cider vinegar. The taste is good. the quality seems great and I love the mother edition to the vinegar. it has clean ingredients and I use it on a daily basis. its size is a bit small. I would love to see double the amount in this package from this product. I don't use it for cooking. I consume it on an empty stomach with water. it's highly recommended I can already see the change in my abdomen area. I consume it as a part of my regular diet and I do find it beneficial with less bloating and flatter stomach
