As a middle school counselor I do a lot of walking. I bought the brown pair three months ago and I haven't thought about my sneakers. I have worn these while walking all over New York City putting in 12 miles as stated by pedometer. I'm 61, 275 pounds and I have arthritus. At the end of that day I felt excited and delighted minus the miserable joint pain of the past. I look forward to wearing the ST.1. They are so comfortable. Ordered shoes in magnet color, soles sidewall finish pealed off after mere minutes of wear. Sent back on a return. Ordered another identical pair, which had the same sole issue. Offered to keep them for a 50% discount but was only offered 15% max discount take it or leave it. So this time used the warranty return process. Took over 2 months of waiting, which meant almost 3 total months without my shoes. And when I finally got the warranty pair the magnet color was no longer available so settled for black which are too shiny for my tastes also they make a lot of noise on epoxy floors, like an exorbitant amount of noise, an embarrassing amount. But the worst part of the was terrible buying and service process, will likely be buying from elsewhere from now on. These shoes look excellent and slightly more grey than the pictures. I had a pair of these when they first came out and the sizing was approximately one size larger than true size. ECCO must have changed the sizing on these again because I sized down 1 size to a 42 and they were definitely too small. I’ll order a size 43 after I return these and type another review with my findings.
