Bought an Electrolux washing machine after 2 days it leaked water flooded my house with water,jb hifi replaced it with a new bigger one.Now just after 2 years it happened again(had JB extended warranty)it was repaired but can happen again.Do not even want to touch this washing machine again!Worst washing machine ever bought!!! Will lodge a complaint with ACCC.

First machine had issue that made dryer function run cold. Technician fixed, lasted 2days before it faulted again. Noel Leeming and Electrolux NZ provided a new machine which lasted 1week before faulting again with the same issue. Whole process frustratingly took over a year to sort, ended up spending more (after cpi increases) to get separate Samsung washer & heatpump dryer. Noel Leeming team were great (thanks Ti & Rob), just a rubbish product.

Wouldn't dry to start with, was found to be faulty. After being repaired however still would leave clothes quite damp at times even on an 8 hour wash/dry cycle, clothes are wrinkled and have an industrial smell to them.

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE OR GO THROUGH JB!! I bought this machine and from day 1 it did not work! There was a wiring issue and they had to replace with a new machine. The 2nd machine worked once and then died! JB Frankston at the start was very understanding (I bought the machine 12/2 it is now 21/5 with no washer/dryer). So lots of laundromat fees! JB then told me they could do nothing to replace the 2nd faulty machine as the product I brought from them had been replaced by Eloctrolux so it was up to me to deal with Eloctrolux!! Since then bought an LG working fantastic!!
Had this combo washer/dryer for around 2 months and had to return to the shop and the dryer does not do the job properly. I tried different settings and cycles, but the cloth still comes wet and have to put outside to be able to dry properly. Lucky it was sunny days, but when it is wet day, it makes it tricky and you rely on the dryer to do the proper job, but not in this case.
We purchased an Ultimate Care 800 about 16 months ago. Overall the machine washes well enough yet the dryer is not that great. Despite initially getting the app working ai failed and several emails to Electrolux care went unanswered. I did manage to speak to support twice but they never followed up as promised, so support is pretty hopeless really. The controls are more complex than desired however if you spend an hour reading the manual and mucking around with it you should right. We are getting rid of our machine before this Xmas and moving to another brand. Not our best whiteware purchase and would not buy Electrolux again, especially a combo function machine like this one.

They said it was a perfect little machine and it does the job beautifuly. Now when I received it, I first did a wash/dry 60 minute. The powder was not dispensed and it was making alot if noise and I got an error message. Then I put it on wash only and the powder got dispensed. I tried to put it on dryer only and I keep getting error message E10. I have tried a wash/dry 60 and it worked but the clothes were still very wet. More like a hot wet. If only one person had commented that they had trouble with this machine I would not have bought it.
