I found this to be a bit too sweet for me but once I added more water and cut it with a lemon it was more tasty and the energy was knocked out of this park! The ingredients were spot on for what I wanted, some pre workouts lack the necessary vitamins and mineral we need when we work out but BCAA Energy was spot on.

I have been using this for 5 plus years. I won’t go to any other brand. It tastes very good and it doesn’t make me all jittery before a workout. I am very sensitive to caffeine and this is perfect. Really helps my stamina and weight loss!
