I bought this a couple months ago and since then it has become my go to preworkout. It gives me a great clean energy boost and there is a noticeable improvement in my endurance and recovery. I can workout longer and recover faster. It is great on days off too when you need a little energy boost.

I have been using BCAA Lean Energy for a few years now. It helps me get enough BCAAs to aid with my protein synthesis, endurance, and recovery. There just the right amount of caffeine in here for low intensity workouts, cardio days, or just a little bump to wake me up mid day. Will continue to use in the future.

My favorite pre-workout supplement is BCAA Energy but this product is even better. I can benefit not only from fast recovery, endurance but also can this supplement influence my diet. I was looking for a product with less caffeine in it: enough to waken me up for my workout but not make my heart race like crazy, and this did the trick. I felt a much smoother workout each day. Great flavors and they mix well. In the summer I've replaced my morning coffee (it's hot out so I prefer a cold drink) and it serves me well if not better. For workouts these past few months I've taken 2-3 scoops prior to and 1 later in the day if I feel like it. I used take Evlution's Shred alongside this but decided to try this exclusively for awhile. I get the same amount of focus and energy it seems. The biggest differences I find are in the intensity of energy. I still feel good/amped even after work. I'm just not jumping all over. Also I feel less sore overall despite my workouts progressing as they were when I was on the combo. Lastly, I have definitley been stacking lean muscle and been better able to control my diet. This flavor tastes like the adult version of blue Fun Dip but it packs more of a punch than that of candy. I mix and take this drink about 20 minutes before my workout which is usually enough to get to the gym and walk onto the floor. 1 scoop is recommended but 2 scoops are great for those days where you plan to lift heavy.This brand, EVLution, is top notch and they often offer this product at discount before the school year or holidays. Definitely grab yourself a bottle but only if you think you can finish it within 1 year... otherwise the humidity starts taking a hold of the product and the sugary mix turns damp and moist.
