I have all the attachments so if you can do it at a gym I can do it at home.I love this machine and I am also back into cycling. I have added a treadmill to the gym and got my old rowing machine out of storage. About 1/3 of my man cave (aka shed) is now gym. I have lost 14kg in 4 months as well as putting on a few kg of muscle mass.I highly recommend the G15.

I was very excited to receive my Force USA G15, I took my time and put it together over three days. Instructions were not the clearest and I made sure I took my time as if you get anything it can take a long time to rectify. I recommend reading the installation tips from other reviewers on here as there were certain things that will help. Two things I would take into consideration is installing the counter sinks in before you put the frame together, as if you have a small ceiling height you may not be able to get them into the frame once its assembled. Secondly, some of the cables are very similar in lengths and I found it hard to tell which one to use, the cable that connects to the counter sink and the one that connects to the weight stack are very close on length ... MoreI was very excited to receive my Force USA G15, I took my time and put it together over three days. The one that is slightly longer connects to the weight stack.I thought the overall quality of the machine is fantastic and the cables felt like commercial ones from the gym. My only negative is that the countersinks didn't 100% counter the weight of the smith machine bar and the bar slowly falls to the ground. In saying that Gym and Fitness were very helpful in fixing the situation.

The Pros definitely outweigh the cons & the cons aren't really cons for most. Pull the trigger and get it!

As the smith machine bar goes up and down the weights move up and down within the pillars. Fantastic hidden setup, super smooth and as good as any gym machine i have used in 30 years. What you need to know is if you have a standard house roof ht, you will not have room to insert the counter weights into the vertical frame pillars once you have completed about 10 hrs of assembly. SURPRISE!Solution: before/ during assembly of frame at the beginning attach cables to counter weights and slide counter weights into tops of pillars with cables extruding out of tops of pillars, tape ends to outside of pillar so as not to drop inside and keep workspace clear. I had to cut 2 holes in the ceiling to push the counter weights up through to get them into the pillars.2) Find a large space to lay out items. I used 3 vacant rooms + the room the machine was being set up in.3) Be methodical. Set out the parts, check direction / orientation. Consider each step to be a job in itself.3) The manual says only hand tighten all nuts until trainer is assembled. But all the nuts are lock nuts and dont thread onto the bolt very far leaving joints quite loose. Considering the whole machine weighs well over half a tonne i was not keen to have that much movement during assembly. Instead i would suggest tightening with a rachet and ring spanner after each assembly step (see manual). In particular do not tighten top rails until guide bars are in. (Early step).4) For the love of God and Country do not put this together without a ratchet / socket and ring spanner. There will be tears.5) Room sizeMy room is 3m wide x 4m deep. It is the perfect minimum size to accomodate a bench and room for cable work forward of frame without any cramped feeling.I chose the room to match the machine. My master bedroom is now the gym.6) If you are careful and logical you can set it up by yourself.7) When setting up 2 x weight stacks there are no instructions. There are plans / drawings with part numbers which works well but.......Set up the weight stacks as follows while looking at plans. Position rubber stops. Stack around 6 weight plates carefully on rubber stops. Place 2 guide poles through weight plates and rubber stops until they bottom out into guide holes. Then push guide poles and stack vertical, after that thread each plate one at a time pulling poles forward to thread and back vertical to keep steady. When the stack is 2/3 done i placed my knee against it when reaching for next plate to add. It the stack were to fall it would damage everything in its path and pretty much wreck the entire machine itself. That would be tragic so be careful, get someone to help if you would feel more comfortable. I did it alone, but i did think it through before commencing.OverallTotally happy with the machine.Super solid and smooth.Didn't realise at time but apparently i bought the upgrade as well. All useful stuff as far as training goes to vary angles etc. I am 177cm and the height of pulleys etc Is good but if you are at the top end of tall you may wanted to try out in store to ensure a satisfactory full range of motion.KNOW that this is not portable in any way. This is a ships anchor in a bedroom. I would estimate min 20 hrs to disassemble, transport and re-assemble. It was fun to do once....All good, stay on your toes, the diagrams are adequate but has the occaisional glitch like no part no. 102 didn't exist or where an entire assembled piece suddenly appeared on the plan requiring to guess which bolt, nut, washers to use from a list of specialised parts + other small glitches. Just know there are some gaps you will have to negotiate yourself. Awesome machine, serious commitment.

Great Machine
21 September 2022

The G15 Pro is an amazing machine. Everything you can want in a home gym and more. However 4 stars only as the Professional Assembly was not what I thought it would be. Was scheduled pretty quickly, within 2 days or so of getting the G15 Pro. However, there was no time frame given as to when the Tech would get there. Showed up at 230PM and stayed till 1030PM. Then forgot to add the counter weights for the Smith Machine and the Stack Weights were installed backwards, Got the run around for 2 weeks before, 2 no show appointments, before the Tech finally came back and set it up properly. I feel ForceUSA could have done more to make this right but chose to leave it on the Assembly company to rectify the issue which took 2 weeks.

However, if the ceiling height is less than 2.7m, please start by attaching a cylindrical weight to the cable at the back of the round frame and inserting it first. In Step 1, I already installed the cylindrical frame without weight, and in Step 8, I realized that the space to ceiling was not enough, so I spent a lot of time and effort to go back to Step1. Because it was after assembling 130kg cable plates on both sides, makes me exhaustedAnother thing to note is the length of the three cables. One cable is the longest, so it is easy to distinguish, but cables 40 and 61 are similar in shape and length.Except for errors in the number of other parts, the manual is fairly easy and simple, and well made so that anyone can assemble it.I'm so happy when it's finishedThe black and silver color combination is stunningIt's amazing that such a compact machine can do so many exercises. Almost every exercise I know is possible. The cable is very soft and the smith machine is also well made.I am very satisfied with the various accessories tooI can't wait to buy the upgrade kit :)P.S sorry for not really good english as i’m foreigner

Quick word on service before commenting on the product - it was excellent from start to finish - knowledgeable and helpful advice pre-ordering, quick delivery on day specified and follow-ups to make sure build and product was all OK.Regarding the product itself - quality is very high. I like a bit of a project so was happy to build myself and after doing my homework before starting (written instructions but also videos on Force USA website) it was relatively straightforward. I reckon it took about 6hrs and I managed it alone - though an extra pair of hands would've been helpful on occasion. I reckon it took about 6hrs and I managed it alone - though an extra pair of hands would've been helpful on occasion. Worth saying if you have low ceilings then definitely look at the videos as you may want to re-order some of the build steps. For me the choice was between this and the G12. For what it's worth I think Force USA actually market this as the upgrade to G12 but the big difference is the 1-to-1 pulley ratio on the G12 vs. 2-to-1 and 4-to-1 options on the G15. The upshot is the G12 will let you lift VERY heavy weights with the quid-pro-quo being larger (5kg) increments at the lower end. Having used the G15 I think it's unlikely I will run out of weight on a single pulley (2 clips connected so 2-to-1). I'm male, late 40s and may get close to using the full rack on seated rows or pull downs but if I do I can always add extra weight with a gym pin. The utility of smaller increments (effectively 2.5kg or 1.25kg) when isolating smaller muscle groups (e.g. tricep pull downs, lateral shoulder raise) is - for me - much greater. The 2-to-1 and 4-to-1 ratios also mean you have more cable length away from the machine which is very useful. The pulley ratios available and the counter-balanced smith machine also make the machine more accessible for the broader family. Worth saying there's enough depth in the footprint to do incline presses on the Smith machine. In terms of aesthetics (looks great), weight storage (4 pegs on each side), adjustment increments (60 holes on power rack, 22 pulley height settings, micro adjustments on leg holder and footplates), cable attachments (lots), band peg holes, suspension trainer ring - they've thought of everything - and it seems there are a lot of incremental improvements they've made on earlier versions (presumably responding to client feedback). The machine itself is very sturdy (as you would expect for something weighing half a tonne!) and the cable motion is very smooth. Also worth mentioning this machine has jammer arms available if that's something of interest (the G12 doesn't).Minor gripe but I would have liked to have seen the leg press attachment and the core trainer included as standard instead of part of the upgrade kit.All-in-all, very pleased - this will do everything I need (and more) and will last a lifetime. Definitely worth the investment.

I paid for it to professionally be put together (see professional assembly). I waited several days to get assembly scheduled, because no one was in my area. I called and they found someone who would travel to my location (1.5 hr). Intimidating. I saw the complexity of the pieces and parts while my system was being put together; a ton of nuts and bolts. I verbally said, “glad its you and not me”. My installer was here from 8 am to roughly 4 pm putting it together and he was familiar with these systems. Professional assembly; worth my time and money.

I’m 45, 5”1”, and 118lbs. Initially I was going to go with the G20, then found some youtube reviews that compared the G20 to the G15. What sold me was the 4:1 ratio. I already had equipment with 10lb increments and it sucked.Vertical leg press plate and jammer arms. I have no issue attaching these. Yes, the jammer arms are a bit awkward at first, but you get the hang of it. I use the jammer arms to mimic glute kickbacks; wonderful.I can quickly connect my TRX to the center, no step needed. Storage: the system holds an olympic bar, an easy curl bar or a short straight bar, weights, and attachments.Do I regret this purchase? Absolutely not. It does what I need it to. I am still waiting for the Force USA mybench to restock. Negatives: need bolts to the mount TV, ... MoreI’m 45, 5”1”, and 118lbs. Professional assembly; worth my time and money.Hope this review helps if you are on the fence.

What a beast!

I purchased this set up mid December however shipping was delayed (allow 2 weeks shipping during busy times and with covid). The delivery company did not send enough personnel to unload this machine from their truck into my garage (approximately 750kg with addon kit and bench). So I would suggest ensuring you have a few friends over the day of delivery to assist. Please read the manual before starting and work extremely methodically. You will need a 2nd set of hands and about 10-12hours to assemble including the addon kit.As mentioned in the previous review, the counter weights fit into the round poles at the back of the machine. Insert these with the cables attached before standing up the frame (this will mean skipping ahead a few steps). This step almost meant disassembling 6hours of work as my ceiling height did not account for their additional 50cm length to insert once the machine was standing upright. They are also awkwardly slippery and heavy so holding them above head height for an extended period to get them into the frame is not advised.A few pieces arrived bent and I am currently working through warranty to get this resolved.Overall great build quality, the machine is solid and sturdy. The smith and the cables pulleys all glide smoothly and the counter weights to stop the smith dropping are next level.Highly recommend!
