Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Oil-Infused Serum 100ml

oh. my. god. this stuff is amazing. i have extremely dry skin and it feels like no matter what i do, no matter how many hydrating/glowy/whatever products i use, my skin is always parched and i always get flaky and irritated skin, and my foundation cracks at my creases. i can’t emphasize enough how my ENTIRE skincare and makeup routine is completely centered around hydration, but it always felt like not enough. feeling dejected and frustrated i walked into sephora prepared to buy some overpriced and probably not very helpful serum or oil, and lo and behold the girl working the skincare section told me she had the exact same issue as me and handed me this product, saying it rocked her world. the nearby esthetician employee overheard us and said it’s absolutely game ... Moreoh. my. god. this stuff is amazing. i have extremely dry skin and it feels like no matter what i do, no matter how many hydrating/glowy/whatever products i use, my skin is always parched and i always get flaky and irritated skin, and my foundation cracks at my creases. i can’t emphasize enough how my ENTIRE skincare and makeup routine is completely centered around hydration, but it always felt like not enough. feeling dejected and frustrated i walked into sephora prepared to buy some overpriced and probably not very helpful serum or oil, and lo and behold the girl working the skincare section told me she had the exact same issue as me and handed me this product, saying it rocked her world. the nearby esthetician employee overheard us and said it’s absolutely game changing. am i too susceptible to people raving about a product? yeah, probably. but i figured it’s worth a shot. and ohhhhh my god i can’t sing this product’s praises enough. i can’t shut up about it to anyone who will listen. i was skeptical about a product with oil in it to handle well under my moisturizer, but it sank in super quickly even with my LIBERAL 5 shakes pressed in all over my face and down my neck, and my moisturizer still sinks in as well. my skin has been noticeably softer and glowier, and while i still don’t have the glass skin of my dreams i look and feel way less dull and more confident in my skin. take a chance on this unique product and you’ll be seriously amazed!

Difficult to use for average results

This is a very watery product so difficult to use. I got this as a GWP, so not sure what the packaging is like on full size, but the super sample/travel size I got required vigorous shaking to get product out. That was my main bugbear.Lots of people have said “this is not a serum” because of its liquidity. However, the definition of a serum does not take into account how thick it is. This is a serum, albeit a very watery one.Because of all the shaking, I was probably getting more out of the bottle than I needed, but its watery nature makes it difficult to judge and apply. You could use a pad or sponge but it would soak into it - plus, if I have cleansed my face I like to use sanitised fingers for application rather than risk spreading bacteria all over my face ... MoreThis is a very watery product so difficult to use. Great if you use it properly.

So I bought this for my husband as he really enjoys using rosehip oil but then his eyes tend to sting a little later on in the day (due to regular perspiration not an allergy to clarify). I have told him to mix it with his moisturiser but he prefers the oil minus watery eyes.So I thought I would try this concoction along with the moisturiser. I advised him to use both to get maximum benefit. However he decided to just use the serum alone, positive was that there were no watery eyes and first few days he was happy with it even though he did miss the dewiness the oil gave. However after a few days his skin started to feel dry again. Light rose scented serum

I tested this serum in free sample and decided to buy a full size to take on my summer holidays (hot, sunny windy south of Europe). I have enjoyed using this serum, perhaps a bit sceptical about the oil-infused formula, but it really worked and absorbed very well leaving skin hydrated, lightly plumped. I liked to rosy fragrance and the lightness of this serum. My skin is sensitive and redness prone, yet it visibly calmed upon the application without any irritation or side effects. I paired this serum with the same brand face cream to ensure the best compatibility of both. Excellent serum for a summer, I would chose something more "potent" for winter time. I am on the hunt now:)

Lovely silky soft serum

Oil mix serums? Before trying this, I thought no thanks what a faff, also will it mix properly, will it be too oily etc etc. HAVE FAITH this is lush. Shake it up before use. Yoy dont need much.It is soooo silky and soft! Makes my skin so happy! I would say I have normal to sensitive skin and I really love this stuff. Got a mini in a kit with the matching face cream and they are both so nice. Just silky soft fabulousness. Lovely delicate rose scent too, not at all overpowering. I use most days but alternate wirh other serums too depending how my skin is feeling.

Just bought this yesterday from Sephora. Had high hopes due to the great reviews of this product and it lives up the the hype! I used the sugar scrub, rose face mask, rose toner, this serum and the deep hydration sleeping mask and Omg this morning my skin looks so glowy, hydrated and supple!!!As soon as I washed my face after using the sugar scrub and rose face mask, my skin was glowing like never before. As soon as I applied the rose toner and this oil infused serum, my face was glowing and was so supple.I definitely recommend this serum and also other best sellers from the ROSE line in this brand. This is my first time using the Fresh brand as it is quite expensive but well worth the price. Prevention is better than cure. Planning to use this Day and night with vit c and retinol and my estee lauder ANR... it is natural and mild to be used with any actives. The bottle says oil-infused serum and indeed it is oilier than a serum but lighter than a regular oil. It has a heavy rose fragrance (be warned) but it's nice because it doesn't smell artificial. I have normal/sensitive skin and normally only use oils for my gua sha treatment. This however, being lighter, absorbs into the skin beautifully and quickly, leaving it well hydrated and glowing. I used it at night and didn't add moisturizer on top because I thought it'd be too much for my skin type, despite the instructions advising to follow with moisturizer, but the final results were beautiful. Some reviewers have used it in the am and have enjoyed the glowing finish with or without make-up. Fresh was recommended to me by my cousin. Although pricey my cousin told me to give it a try. My skin was dry and full of bumps and looking dull tired and sore. She told me to start with the face wash. So I made a change to my routine. I started noticing the difference. After finishing the small bottle she gave to me I ordered some more. In the order I was asked which samples I would like. I’m not into samples and even left them once they arrived. I needed some moisturiser and remembered the rose serum and gave it a go. I’m a few weeks in and now use the serum daily. I love it. It’s not too heavy and the right level of oily. If I feel I need to apply a little more I do as my skin is patchy in terms of dryness. So hydrating!

This was gifted by Fresh. I didn’t know what to expect from this product but I was happily surprised. This is a super hydrating moisturizer that has a serum like texture. I have pretty dry skin so I usually go for heavy moisturizers but was so shocked at how well this thin formula hydrated my skin. My skin has never had so much moisture and a healthy glow. It’s super soothing for my sensitive skin and made my face so soft. It’s a weightless formula that dries down enough that it’s not oily and greasy but leaves my skin plump and hydrated. The rose scent is also light and refreshing while being a luxurious experience.

I feel like I’ve found the prefect moisturiser for my oily/combination skin. I never really liked using moisturiser in the day due to its rich texture whereas some lightweight gel moisturiser are just not hydrating enough. This rose emulsion has the perfect water-oil balance to hydrate and nourish my skin at the same time. It’s readily absorbed yet still hydrating. Not greasy at all. I also use this as my makeup primer or just mix a little bit with my foundation and it just glides onto my skin so effortlessly without pilling. I also noticed slight improvement of my skin texture and pores. High quality, handpicked damask rose in Bulgaria Valley enhances the sensorial experience with its scent as well. I use 1 pump for face, 1 pump for neck and décolleté.
