I now have 2 kits (4 sticks) of this RAM on an Asus Prime X570-P. I started with a 2700X and 1 kit and could not boot with the RAM at 3600 - had to use 3200. With a new 5800X I only had to select "D.O.C.P." in the UEFI and make sure the DRAM voltage was set to 1.35V and it runs flawlessly at 3600 and the rated timings. I added the second kit and didn't have to change anything. I'll have to try DRAM Calculator to see if I can get this to 4000 or 3800 with a boost to the Infinity Fabric on the CPU.

I cannot run my 4 sticks of this at 1.35v on Asrock Creator. It will usually fail to boot and fall back to non-XMP settings. I have to runt it at least 1.375 for it to reliably boot and re-boot. Other manf boards may not have the same issue (as other reviewers here haven't noted this yet but others online have). As I'm not sure if this is Gskill's fault or Asrocks or AMD's, I did not mark it down one 'egg' for this, only the bad RGB software and price vs. performance. I would mark it down to two eggs if it was determined to be Gskill's fault. Their RGB software is extremely basic and I haven't noticed any other RGB controlling software that can control or sync with it. Behaves exactly as advertised! I bought these to replace a dud pair of Patriot sticks that I started the build with. ASUS Crosshair VII with 3950X (I know, weird combo, shut up) and they've been happily running at XMP timings with no tweaks necessary. edit 6/22/2020: Used the Ryzen DRAM calculator of legend to tighten the timings and it's happily running at 14-14-14-28 3600 MHz 1.4V, fantastic kit.

Good stable kit, runs at advertised speeds/timings using DOCP settings in BIOS. Felt I got a good price, as RAM prices have really come down recently. Would recommend this kit to anyone running Ryzen 3rd Gen CPU's.
I would definitely recommend for someone with a gen 2 processor. I have a Ryzen 7 2700x which has not played nice with it clocked to 3600 (although I saw reports of people running at that speed). I was able to clock it to 3466 14-14-15-30 which is a better timing that 3600 16. I will try a tighter timing later on. Check QVL list before purchase!
B550 Carbon, 5600X. My 5600X was testing in the 56th percentile with no overclocking on Userbenchmark (I know, not the best but good for comparison). Added the second 2x8gb ram kit and it jumped into the 85th percentile on three subsequent runs after ensuring XMP profile 1 was enabled. Good kit. Pricey, but all four sticks I've had have been 100% Samsung B-Die. Single Rank kit.
The performace of this ram is stellar! I'm consistently hitting in the 98th percentile on User benchmark using the stock XMP profile on my MSI b450 pro carbon. GSkill's led software is garbage and sometimes the LEDs won't come on without having to do a full restart.
Bought some trident 3600 cl18, failed to boot @3600; if 1800, coupled no xmp, and with xmp. Bought this thinking maybe I can get this x570 ASRock steel legend to boot to 3600 slow timings naw, naw, naw. It will boot to 3533 1766 but anything else it blows up. Went to gskill they said it may be the fact I'm running 4 dims. I'm not sure what to think but these are not impressing out the box, not even in the slightest when concerning performance.
Intended on getting the new Ryzen 5000 series but I know I will be waiting a while with supply and couldn't resist the deal at micro center was running for i7 processors and mobo combos so I am running it an MSI MEG Z490 Unify with an I7-10700k (newegg you still rock) knowing this memory is mainly used with Ryzen cpus I was worried but G.SKill responded to my query about running it with my combo and said "it will work great with my setup!" and they weren't lying.Hat off to G.skill for fast reply when MSI couldn't give me a clear answer.
i had problems with the hynix version @ 16-19-19-39, the GTZNC version. gave errors when xmp was loaded w/ mag b550 tomahawk and a 5600x. memory isnt defunct so it seems like some kind of compatibility problem. switched to this version and no errors thankfully.
