This double thick adhesive tape surpasses ordinary duct tapes, making the list of uses virtually endless. Made with double thick adhesive, strong reinforced backing, and a tough all-weather shell, it's the biggest, strongest, toughest thing ever to happen to duct tape. Gorilla Tape is manufactured with a highly concentrated rubber based adhesive - two to three times as thick as traditional duct tape. The result is a tape that fills gaps and penetrates rough surfaces. It sticks to rough and uneven surfaces, including wood, stone, stucco and brick, that ordinary duct tapes can't hold. To us, it's made the way tape should be: The Toughest on Planet Earth. Directions: Use like any other tape. Tear Gorilla Tape by hand or cut to size with a knife or scissors. It is important to clean the surface and brush off any loose particles and dirt before applying Gorilla Tape. Apply the tape carefully, smoothing out any pockets or rolls. That's it. Enjoy the strength and durability of Gorilla Tape! To retain adhesive quality, store Gorilla Tape in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Try storing the tape vertically (rather than laying flat), on a hook or on wax paper. If you have multiple rolls, keep your excess supply wrapped until they're needed. Gorilla Tape works best at temperatures above 32°F (0°C). For best results, always apply the tape at room temperature. If Gorilla Tape freezes, it will work just fine once it to room temperature. Gorilla Tape can be removed, but with some difficulty and it may leave some residue. Gorilla Tape should not be used as an electrical tape.

We wanted a large boulder for a landscaping job. After calling the available merchants $4,000. was out of budget range. So, after thinking about a substitute, we decided to make our boulder. We used a large laundry basket, cardboard attached with Gorilla Tape and 20 lbs. of quickcrete. layer by layer we achieved our desired effect for $28. Just waiting for the 7 days for it to cure. It weights 40 lbs. easy to move.

This tape was used to hold together a soft top window on my JEEP after it blew off while driving on the freeway. I then drove 3 hours to my destination with no issues. It rained several days, I drove around town and still the tape held on. Rained more, drove back home 3 hours and it is still sticking well. It's also rained more. There are a few places where the tape is beginning to detach after being on for 11 days. I highly recommend this product.

This tape is not as good as it used to be. I have a balcony where the pigeons like to nest. To keep them out I have used "netting" that I tape to the edges of my balcony. In the past the tape would last 6 months or longer before needing to be replaced. NOW -- the tape needs replacing at least every 4 weeks. The quality of this product has gone down drastically from the past!!! I thought the issue was when I could not get the black tape and switched to the white Gorilla tape, but having found the black tape again, the issue has not been resolved. The tape comes loose, and must be replaces AT LEAST once a month. What a hassle!!!

For me, it's like going into a candy/toy store at Christmas. I love the place and the attendants seem o know where everything can be found. Example, I went to three different stores to find a small oil can. Seems simple. It was for placing oil while drilling in hard metal. No one had them, except Harbor Freight. The oil can they had was barely 3 inches tall and half as wide. It was like finding a needle in a hay stack. The cashier knew exactly was it could be found. I love this store.
I am a professional legal videographer and use Gorilla to gaff and secure mic cables under conference tables for video depositions. It is stronger and holds longer than fabric tape and at a third the cost. It leaves no residue. It is available everywhere unlike Gaff tape, only available from limited sources. It also works to secure and protect cables on carpet and solid surface floors. It is available in black, red, and white. I use it daily. A GREAT product.
This tape works. Cleaning out a house and use plastic sheeting and this tape held it in place. It is easy to use and it also is strong. The good thing, though, is you can get it off of the rug again. It's strong but also pliable. I talked to a worker at Lowe's and he liked it. Another customer told me that he hit a deer with his Jeep and the front bumper was barely hanging on. With Gorilla Tape, he was able to get the bumper to hold for two full months until the dealer got in the parts. Was literally a lifesaver.
I was to the point, I thought I would have to purchase a whole new rear bumper for my daughters car. I’m a single mom so I honestly couldn’t even afford a bumper if necessary. My Son told me to try Gorilla tape & I’m so glad I did! One roll of Gorilla Tape has held my daughters rear bumper on for the last 2 years without any problems. When I say this tape is amazing that’s an understatement it’s beyond amazing. I believe it could hold the whole car together haha.
I have an old sentimental guitar case (along with the guitar, a gift from my deceased elder sister 💕).It was no long functional because it’s seams were failing. Acting upon a recommendation from a younger sister of mine, I applied glue to the “fuzzy” material lining the case at it’s seams and after letting it thoroughly dry, taped the seams inside and out with Gorilla Tape. It’s the Best! Sturdiest! Most durable! Super Sticky yet easy to use tape I’ve ever used! My guitar case is now Fully Functional! It cost me $13. and saved me $150.00!
It's adhesiveness is so strong I have used it in rube goldberg, off the wall applications. My wife was shopping when I was installing a new faucet in our bathroom. Because no one was available to hold the spout in position while I tightened the nut inside the bathroom base cabinet, I put Gorilla Tape to work. Once the spout was in position, I wrapped a couple of pieces of Gorilla Tape around the spout with the other ends adhered to the countertop and backsplash. The spout didn't move as I tightened the anchor nut, and I finished the installation without any human assistance!
Stupidly, I was sucked in by the TV ads, and purchased the very over-priced FlexSeal. Roll was super small, and if you tried to cut a piece, scissors would get stuck. Tried using it to repair a tiny puncture in an exercise ball (large ones, useful for abdominal work). It didn't stay on at all. After seeing Gorilla Tape being used to secure audio cables to a cement floor, and found how well it held, I decided to buy some and try that repair again. WORKS like a CHARM! Ball is fully inflated, 2" square over the pinhole, NO leaks at all. Nearly half the cost of the worthless stuff I purchased before - so YES! I would highly recommend this product!
