There is no lipstick on the market with better packaging than this lipstick. The weight of the packaging is incredibly heavy. I love the floral print. The product turns so nicely. It’s really really quality packaging. The lipstick itself is also gorgeous. I love the Gucci stamp at the base of the lipstick. It’s obviously been tested and meticulously created. I love this brand so much. Worth every penny

Although pricey, I believe this is my new favorite. If you’re looking for a sheer lipstick that you are also able to build up, I recommend! Pretty close to the natural color of my lips, but slightly darker. Very moisturizing, feels similar to a balm, but without feeling too thick, and this product is not extremely shiny. Just the right amount of glow. For reference, Clinique Black Honey was a go to of mine for a long time, but it did not stay long enough on the lips. This product does have a nice lasting power, doesn’t transfer much while I’m eating and drinking, however you will have to do a few touchups through the day. I also love the packaging, and it makes me feel fancy lol. I was a little hesitant because this product does contain fragrance, which I prefer ... She did a wonderful job of getting the shade that matched my skin, she used it on my cheeks as well to notice how it could be used on both. I noticed that it didn’t really stay very long on my lips. A moisturizing, build able, sheer lipstick. I am very pleased with my purchase of this gorgeous lipstick. I love how it keeps my dry lips feeling and looking plump and juicy. The color of this red is flattering on my pale skin. I will definitely be buying more colors of this line. I consider myself to be very picky when it comes to my cosmetics. I don't have a negative thing to say. Some of you might be turned off by the powdery like scent, but I actually enjoy it, and it pretty much fades of the scent after a moment.
I’m always searching for the best hydrating pop of color - prefer a lip balm texture (that lasts) and a buildable color that’s fun to layer. Millicent Rose is absolutely PERFECT in every way. I’m so over the top I actually got TWO. Love the package, beautifully made - and what’s INSIDE is even better. Finally - a brand that truly gets it. THANK YOU GUCCI - Well Done. I find the shade lovely and translucent, easy to swipe on without a mirror but also easy to manipulate into more of a berry, nude, or rust color depending on what liner I use with it (I bought a few Make Up Forever liners for it). It does have a smell, but I'm not especially sensitive to scents. It also feels lovely - moisturizing, not too slippy, not sticky, and didn't transfer as badly to drinking glasses as my Burt's Bees Tinted Balm or my other glosses. You will have to reapply after around 4-5 hours but personally I like whipping out a fancy make-up item and swiping it on a few times a day.Overall I really like the formula. This color was far more of a warm nude on me than the pretty rosewood pink-red shown. My skin tone is porcelain and neutral, but have decently pigmented lips. It just wasn't exciting. It didn't feel rosy or fresh. Formula was OK. Smell reminds me of Revlon. Also, you only get 3/4 the size of a normal tube of lipstick. Packaging is pretty, but should be for the cost.
I don’t wear traditional lipsticks that much but this one is so beautiful! It’s very flattering and neutral, not too sheer or too opaque. It also works beautifully as a blush for a monochromatic look. It definitely has a floral scent and taste, but I personally don’t mind it. Will definitely be wearing this one a lot in the late summer and fall!
I really love this lipstick!I wasn’t sure if I should get it after reading some of the reviews, but I am so happy I did. First, I do want to say .. in my opinion it doesn’t have a strong smell, it’s actually light and very pretty. I much more prefer fragrance on lipsticks than no preference.Second, this colour is so pretty! I am in my 30s and I was scared the colour may look too young for me. But, it doesn’t ! It’s sheer, so you can build up the colour. I will describe this color as a natural looking color. It looks soft and similar to my lip colour. It is not mate, it’s got a bit of a shine, which looks sooooo pretty!It feels great on and it feels like a luxury lipstick!The case is super luxurious too.I love it!
So disappointed. I ordered the Mildred Rosewood color which was ok. However, for a sheer lipstick, this was quite opaque and definitely not something you could apply without a mirror. I might have considered keeping it but the scent and taste of this lipstick was awful. I don't understand the need to put fragrance in lipstick, but if so, make it pleasant, at least. I can only describe it as an "old lady" smell. For a $50.00 lipstick this fell mighty short. Sent it back the next day.
