Gucci Rouge à Lèvres Voile Sheer Lipstick 310 I Dream Too Much

The packaging is beautiful… however, when I opened it the product looked like it was slightly tilted and smudged (in a production issue sort of way, not tested by someone). The lipstick itself smells like the lipstick my grandmother used to wear. The best way I can explain it is a powdery/plastic scent. It also tastes the way it smells - like old school lipstick. It’s not great - but not horrible. Kind of goes with the vintage feel, I suppose. I ordered the bright pink Millicent Rose and was hoping it would be a wearable colour. It is! I adore the formula on these lipsticks. I want to slowly get them all. They are super comfortable to wear on the lips, you literally forget they are there. And they last really well, I touch up after I eat, but can even go without touching up with drinks. The color selection is also super interesting, I really am loving Gucci lipsticks, the colors are so interesting and slightly different. They do have a bit of a smell, but I cant smell it as much with the matte as with the satin or worse the sheer lipsticks. But honestly I have grown to like it. And the packaging is spectacular. Its a well done luxury product I enjoy using. Cant wait to see what other colors they come up with and please bring back Louise Orange 307 in matte it was so beautiful. Wears great as a stain on its own, topped with a gloss, a balm, or worn more opaquely as a strong lip. Very versatile product.

I am sharing my honest and authentic opinion as a Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassador. Mildred Rosewood is one of a small handful of lipstick shades that exist in multiple Gucci lipstick formulations. This one is semi sheer though buildable,glides on effortlessly, feels lightly hydrating, and has a perfumed floral scent that while noticeable fades quickly. My lips have a bit of pigment to them and the plummy red color adds more depth and a slight sheen to them - a beautiful "my lips but better" look. The packaging is beautiful and has a slight weight to it - very luxe. The version I picked up was a limited release for the Lunar New Year, but a similar pattern (albeit with red flowers instead of the blue here) is available as part of the permanent collection.

This is the first Gucci lip product I bought and I instantly fell in love. I don’t think I’ll be buying any other lip product from here on out. I’m not someone who likes full coverage bold looks, this gives me the perfect amount of coverage. It’s sheer enough but buildable. The formula is so good, feels very smooth and hydrating when you apply it, it’s almost addicting. And the packaging! Looks beautiful and feels heavy. I have three shades so far, Love Is Better is my favorite. I’ll definitely be buying more

The formula is balmy and comfortable but not slippy and the pigmentation can be sheer with one coat or built up to medium opacity with two. It doesn't emphasize lip lines, glides on without tugging and lasts about 3-4 hours. Louisa Red is a medium brownish berry, reminiscent of Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey, and is neutral enough to wear with anything. I'm very fair and if this color was in the full opacity Satin or Matte Gucci formula, it would be too dark and harsh for me to pull off but it's perfect in this sheerer iteration. Pretty!

I really love this lipstick!I wasn’t sure if I should get it after reading some of the reviews, but I am so happy I did. First, I do want to say .. in my opinion it doesn’t have a strong smell, it’s actually light and very pretty. I much more prefer fragrance on lipsticks than no preference.Second, this colour is so pretty! I am in my 30s and I was scared the colour may look too young for me. But, it doesn’t ! It’s sheer, so you can build up the colour. I will describe this color as a natural looking color. It looks soft and similar to my lip colour. It is not mate, it’s got a bit of a shine, which looks sooooo pretty!It feels great on and it feels like a luxury lipstick!The case is super luxurious too.I love it!

Such a beautiful product!

Can't believe I did not purchase it earlier - such a staple!..I am quite picky and difficult when it comes to choose a lipstick both with a shade and texture. So far I enjoyed only Kosas lipsticks, Rouje (quad palette) and Guerlain. However, this Gucci feels amazing on lips! It does not dry at all, on the contrary it is slightly moisturizing (not a lip balm obviously but still) and the shade melts into my lips. It does not stay on the top, it gives the most beautiful feeling and look. The color is sheer, but buildable and easy to work with.Could not recommend it higher!

color description more accurate than bullet color

I got the Voile in Katrin Sand, and the color description "bronzed sand sheer" is more accurate than the picture of the lipstick (pink). It's a beautiful warm nude, and my ideal 'my lips but better' color. I am wearing it over old permanent cosmetics, and it blurs that with a nice shine.The scent is the Gucci signature, sugared violet, and it reminds me of Parma Violet candies. It's subtle and I like it, but I understand why some people who are sensitive to fragrance might not. For me the scent fades quickly.The wear time is pretty good for a sheer lippie (3hrs) and it's non-drying so I don't mind reapplying. It also looks very pretty with a sheer gloss on top.
