Swift, deadly and affordable, Jackson JS Series guitars take an epic leap forward, making it easier than ever to get classic Jackson tone, looks and playability without breaking the bank. The JS Series Dinky JS12 features a poplar body, bolt-on maple speed neck with graphite reinforcement for rock-solid stability and a 12”-radius amaranth fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and white dot inlays. The JS12 has all-black hardware, including the synchronized fulcrum tremolo bridge, die-cast tuners and standard strap buttons. Offering more for less, the JS12 comes in — Metallic Red.

Just starting to play guitar, I am enjoying the sound I puts out. The reviews on the Jackson shows it to be a good guitar and I I would recommend this guitar to anyone. Love my guitar.

I Needed a beater guitar that I could play on the fly, as my main guitars stay in their cases between rehearsals and gigs. Having owned many guitars throughout my 20 years of playing, this has been one of those rare scores, having a 200 guitar play so well. I did upgrade the tuners with some wilkinsons, plus I dropped in some extra Ibanez Quantums with 5 way switching and this guitar is a beast.

Very easy to chord. It appears to be well designed and fun to play.i would recommend this guitar to anyone that is looking for a quality starter. Beautiful finish. After initial string stretching, it stays in tune very well.
I got the snow white color of this Jackson. The reason it has 4 stars is because it came with high action out of the box. But after adjusting it myself and setting up the intonation properly, it sounds awesome! I have tried many guitars of different brands and Jackson takes the cake. If you are looking to start rocking, get a Jackson!
This is the most cost effective 7 sting and it plays like a pro players guitar. Great choice for a firt 7 string.
Ordered new guitar from website. Item was delivered in three days!! Very well packaged... Box in a box, in another box. Free shipping, too! Do not be alarmed if you see "shipped from VA" on your tracking. The store is in NY, but their shipment center is in Virginia. That info is on their website, but I didn't see it at first.I am actually going back to their site (store) to shop for more items. Great experience. Excellent communications. Buy with confidence.
Overall:The JS12 is a dream to play! The neck is smooth and fast, a shredders dream! It has a beautiful finger board with 24 highly polished frets! The metallic blue I got it in was the only available color I could get at the time, I don’t regret it!!!!Not only does it look great it sounds even better! What can I say I know what I like!
Excellent quality and playability for this price point, seriously. It's balanced, smooth neck, no sharp ended frets, and very good sound.
