I bought these almost a year ago after going through multiple other cheap wireless earbuds, and honestly wasn't expecting much. Frankly, they are absolutely fantastic. They may not have all the fancy software and whatnot that other expensive brands do, but the mic is fairly clear for others when I'm on the phone (biggest complaint I've had with most other cheap earbuds) and the sound is good too for a simpleton who doesn't need a lot to listen to podcasts/audiobooks/music while working. I was given the JLab Air Pops as a secret Santa gift in 2022. It's almost a year later and these things have been amazing ever since. I use them literally daily and sometimes all day at work, Monday through Fridays. They have never missed a gym session.With the built in charger, it's so easy to recharge when they're running low and charge super fast. I just bought these. I got them, after coupons and free shipping, for 17.89. I will say for that low of a price you had me sold! The sound quality is good. While it isn't sony stereo levels, its high quality and pleasant! There isn't any rattling or anything with the bass, and the EQ settings are decent. The design/looks are adorable! This is a very small set of headphones. I will also say I ADORE the built in usb cable, as this should be standard across most devices. My one grievance is the headphone case. It is a little difficult to get the headphones out of the case, there isn't really a spot to dig your fingers into to grab them. I have had my fair share of earbuds from some of the bigger brands out there, Sennheiser, Apple Pros 1 and 2, Bose and the newer Beats. I will not take away from them because they all sounded great and were what one would expect when paying $200 a pop. I love these earbuds! This is my second set only because I misplaced the left bud a year ago and I finally decided I needed a complete set again. These have gotten me through LONG hours at work, LONG hours through the night with a newborn, LONG road trips, etc. They are amazing and I will always stick with jlab. They are super discreet and lightweight. They truly last 20+ hours. Often times I will use only one bud at a time and switch when it gets low, this allowing the low bud to charge again. I love the build in charging USB. Honestly this is an ingenious design. It doesn't matter which side faces up to plug into a USB outlet like with every USB plug I've seen. I usually keep one bud in for calls & etc while doing tasks, my AirPods would've beeped at least 3X yet my air pops have not. I've only charged the case once (may 27th) and here I am 5 days later w a full case & buds (especially the right ear bud.) The standby is amazing! I absolutely love my earbuds! I'm definitely an audiophile who has a huge collection of wired and wireless equipment and Jlab fits that place where I items that fit that place in my collection where I'm getting a unique sound signature at a good price and styles you don't get eject. Amidst midst the outstanding sound and affordability, the distressing issue, that is more me than the buds, arose where the earbuds' volume was increasing spontaneously. I attribute this to my piercings. Sadly enough. I have 6 other pairs of Jlabs, including the Work Buds which I use daily and I've never encountered this issue.
