I bought this and it didn’t work. The pump was broken and no soap was dispensed. Totally unusable. I returned it immediately and as yet I have had no refund and no response to my email chasing it - the return was received weeks ago. I will never buy from them ever again. I’ve just thrown my hard earned money down the drain!

Quality seems good. Colour is fab and so is the design. I love how you can add a lot of hand wash to this. However I struggled to open this initially and then put the lid on. I just couldn’t figure this out. So it would help if the brand could add instructions /land images with the product as I nearly broke mine! I had to Google this information as it wasn’t available on the website either. In the end I found a YouTube video and learnt from that. Apart from that, it’s good..

I keep buying these JosephJoseph pump action soap dispensers from Dunelm. It's so convenient and it is a good product however as I've got older I have to hold the side of the pump and push down quite hard with my free hand to get the soap out. I haven't quite worked out why it is so difficult to pump the soap out. I like it a lot because it just looks neat and dinky but maybe I should find another simpler design from JosephJoseph if there is one, that doesn't require too much pumping especially for slightly ageing hands!

This is a great addition to my bathrooms and toilets. The material is sturdy and strong. It is easy to fill up with soap. There is no mess when using it, and the colour matches my bathrooms/toilets very nicely. The price is very reasonable.
Already had a JosephJoseph soap dish so wanted to buy the matching soap dispenser. Not as slimline as I imagined it would be therefore it takes up a fair amount of space on my cloakroom basin. Once you find out how to detach the pump (no instructions!), it's very easy to fill. The transparent channel at the back allows you to see the soap level, which is useful. Pump action is OK but not particularly smooth. Residual drips occur, so you either have to ensure you've got all the soap or be prepared to constantly wipe the dispenser.Overall, it's quite chunky and looks very cumbersome in my small bathroom. At even the sale price, I wouldn't consider it worth the money. Not the best purchase I've made.
I will give O star, if I can.If you use your wet hand to press the Soap Pump, the quantity of the the soap will increase (the water will leak into the Pump), therefore you will have never finished soap to use, but ONLY the soap will become more and more liquid. :-)I have returned the Pump, by the way!
Bought two of these. Much smaller in size than I pictured. Have been able to refill one of them just 3 times before the pump broke rendering it useless. I like its more measured dose of soap but when placing the pump piece back on, soap spills everywhere due to the awkward pressure you have to push the pump down with until it clicks back into place - it feels like it’s going to snap every time. Expected better quality from Joseph Joseph.
Early days, but so far, so good. I have little space for storage and clutter in my en-suite but this neat little soap dispenser sits perfectly on my awkward sink. Awkward because there are strange design/drainage ridges on it that make most hand soap bottles sit uncomfortably on the side. Having read the less positive reviews, I took the view that as it was an ok price, if it was a failure it wasn't the end of the world, plus I love its minimalist, neutral style. At the moment, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
Sorry this pump is lovely to look at but if you have arthritis in your hand and fingers it's very hard to press down. You think to look at it you press the front but you have to press the back. Even the grandchildren can't use it properly so will have to get rid of it and get another one. I have all the match stuff to in my bathroom too so was sad when you can't use it. Please design the top so you can put your hand on it and pump like the other ones you sell but in the same colour so it matches the sets you sell
The Joseph Joseph soap pump is stylish and I liked the fact that you can see when it needs refilling. It is also easy to fill. Unfortunately it drips and looks messy so I can no longer leave it in the cloakroom that visitors would use. I am now using it in our bathroom and will keep searching for another stylish soap dispenser that doesn't drip.
