Quality seems good. Colour is fab and so is the design. I love how you can add a lot of hand wash to this. However I struggled to open this initially and then put the lid on. I just couldn’t figure this out. So it would help if the brand could add instructions /land images with the product as I nearly broke mine! I had to Google this information as it wasn’t available on the website either. In the end I found a YouTube video and learnt from that. Apart from that, it’s good..

I love that it doesn’t look like your ordinary soap pump. Pairs perfectly with the toothbrush caddy. The pump action takes a little getting used to.Functional, sleek products. Will definitely recommend it.

Perfect fit in my bathrooms. I love the design. I am so glad to finally find a soap dispenser that does not empty half the tub every press. Joseph Joseph have some of the best designs I have ever seen. I must admit it can be a bit pricey sometimes but Myer always comes up with great discounts to make it worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Already had a JosephJoseph soap dish so wanted to buy the matching soap dispenser. Not as slimline as I imagined it would be therefore it takes up a fair amount of space on my cloakroom basin. Once you find out how to detach the pump (no instructions!), it's very easy to fill. The transparent channel at the back allows you to see the soap level, which is useful. Pump action is OK but not particularly smooth. Residual drips occur, so you either have to ensure you've got all the soap or be prepared to constantly wipe the dispenser.Overall, it's quite chunky and looks very cumbersome in my small bathroom. At even the sale price, I wouldn't consider it worth the money. Not the best purchase I've made.
Bought very recently and am delighted with my purchase. I have had the blue Joseph Joseph toothbrush holder for a while so dispenser matches. Instructions for opening are on the box. Well, a picture but gives you the idea. I am using for sanitiser hand gel and it dispenses just the right amount and doesn't drip. And it doesn't shoot out all over you as some dispensers do. It can be pressed safely and easily by pushing down with your opposite elbow or arm to avoid contact with hands. As usual, great design by Joseph Joseph.
I love this product so much! It looks so stylish and expensive! I saw it an apartment I stayed at and just had to have it. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying the pump doesn’t work. It does you just have to push it down from the back!I’ve got the matching toothbrush holder and kitchen sink tidy!I love JJ products and can highly recommend this!!
No instructions on how to get top off to fill - you have to pull hard and hope it does not break. The card wrapper was attached with a piece of gel - took me sometime to get off the item and even longer to get the mess left on it, off completely. Sadly it 'does not do what it says on the tin' - it DRIPS 2 or 3 times after using, every time, makes a mess down the front of container. As you do not know that until used it, cannot return now. I always thought Joseph Joseph goods were expensive but good quality - not so with this item. I only put in a full 250ml new liquid soap so not over full. Disappointing.
This looks great and sits nicely on my bathroom washbasin. There’s a bit of a knack to using it, so that the soap goes onto your hand, not missing and dribbling down the dispenser. We found that it’s best to use it one-handed, with your thumb on top and fingers under the spout. Great little addition to our bathroom.
This pump makes it much too hard to get soap. Its not immediately obvious where to push down. It also requires quite a bit of pressure to get any soap out. As a result, my kids (4&7) simply don't wash their hands with soap. I now have to go out and buy a different soap dispenser. Joseph Joseph products are usually super practical, but this is the exact opposite.
Love this soap pump. It looks stylish and has quality. Easy to use. Was tricky though when i pulled off the top dispenser handle thingy, thought i was going to break it. Easy to fill, no mess down the sides from trying to pour into a tiny cyclinder as it has a wide mouth. When i placed the top back on, i thought it was on, but appears it wasnt and needed just a little extra push until your hear a click. Otherwise, looks great in the bathroom, easy to wipe over if need be, no need to worry about rust marks like the previous dispenser i had.
