I bought this soap dispenser as I was tired of buying new bottles or trying to refill bottles and getting soap everywhere. This a great sustainable option which allows you to easily refill as there’s a large opening once you take off the pump. Nice sleek design which fits into most bathrooms well.pumps well too and the kids have no problems using it. Joseph Joseph are a great company with very well thought out products- also got it 40% off in MYER sale so a great price! Great but!

This is very sturdy with a good dispenser. Most soap dispensers clog up or drip everywhere and the mechanism jams within a short time of use. It is also easy to fill with a wide opening for refill, you also don't have to keep twisting the top to get the dispenser in the right position. This one just clicks shut and you are ready to go.

This handwash dispenser is shaped for you to push down with your wrist, so you don't need to put dirty hands on it. It works pretty well, but you can't fit a nailbrush under the pump if you want to put soap directly on it! Stylish stainless steel finish goes well with other things in the kitchen. A bit pricey but a good product.

Hopeless. The top seal isn’t watertight, so the dispenser gradually fills up with water, diluting the soap into a watery slurry. To make matters worse, the pump mechanism has broken after less than a year of use. I spent £18 on what’s now just another piece of plastic junk. Avoid.
I bought this, together with another Joseph Joseph soap dispenser and have been disappointed with both. This requires adult level strength to push down on the pump and get soap out. My kids have tried and given up, so they just wash their hands with water only. Why make it so difficult? Every other soap dispenser I've ever used requires minimal force. Rethink your design!
I have arthritic thumbs.. so this is perfect for me.. easy to push down with the side of my hand (by making a fist & pressing using the top of the dispenser using the little finger side of the hand). It also means less germs sitting on the dispenser (by not using the flat of the hand). Distributes the perfect amount of soap (not too much unlike others I have tried). The anti-slip base actually works. Built to a high standard, all smooth edges... thoroughly recommend.
Extremely disappointed in this product. Been a JJ customer for years as they seemed they had a premium feel to it but I feel I have been let down in this case, especially for such a price tag. The spring mechanism inside the dispenser just fell apart, and the tube got detached from the body, and it's broken. I will not be buying any Joseph Joseph products again.
I have been using Josephjoseph products for many years. Their functionality is great and their esthetics are beautiful.I recently purchased this soap dispenser. It worked for less than a day, very poorly and then broke. I was disappointed.My email response from customer service, after having explained the issue and sent photos added insult to injury. I was told to ship the dispenser back to them, at my cost, and they would then determine if it was indeed broken. Not worth my time and effort.I will not buy products from this company again, simply because of their unsatisfactory customer service.I do not recommend this cheap, plastic soap dispenser. It will not last.
Only had it a week and used three times. Whilst the large surface area is useful for the pal of your hand, when you press down, the hand wash doesn't project out at all. In fact it just drops onto the lower casing and I had to wipe it up using my fingers. Not impressed at all. Going back at the weekend for a refund. Would definitely not recommend this product.

The nozzle inexplicably detached from the pump, and I have NO way of knowing how it was in its original state.
