Really quiet, love the on your phone app to turn on and adjust remotely before you get home this is what sold me on the unite as well as the sheer grunt output of the unit, really surprized how it heated our home so quickly, have not tried it out on cooling yet but if it cools like it heats it will be hard not to consider this unit. Happy with both cooling and heating performance. After turning ON its taking only approximately 6 mins to cool down my large lounge and kitchen area.Wifi and Google home assistance connectivity was easy once I followed exactly whats suggested about Router setting before starting the wifi set up.Only down is a bit extra noise while selecting the Turbo mode or the highest fan speed which I felt less on my Panasonic and Fujitsu system.Overall so far happy with Cooling and heating and price was very very reasonable as introductory offer for a 9kW cooling and 10kW heating reverse cycle split compare to Mitsubishi or Panasonic or Fujitsu.
Appliance arrived DOA, and when buying from Appliance Online you have to remember you won't receive any after sales support. Appliance Online will attempt to push all problems onto the manufacture and in this specific case I have been waiting over a month for the air-conditioner to be fixed after the installation. It's hard to really review this accurately since I haven't ever seen it working.
We have a large living area and this unit - cooled it down immediately, surprised actually how well it worked, be prepared though the inside and outdoor units are larger, so be sure to talk with your electrician on placement before you start the install process and save a few headaches
