Pretty good Spaghetti. Ok so I’m not a spaghetti connoisseur. And I have to admit I really would not have been able to tell the difference between this spaghetti and the usual spaghetti (San Remo) that I would normally buy. Tasted very similar, To me it’s really the sauce (or what goes with the spaghetti) that makes the spaghetti, so even an average pasta, as long as the sauce is good the spaghetti will be good.

Great texture spaghetti. I cooked spaghetti bolognese for dinner with this product. It cooks well, great texture and didn't stick. My family enjoyed it. It tastes good. The packaging looks great, looks like a "gourmet" brand you often see at the specialty store. This is product of Italy. I usually buy Barilla or San Remo so it was really good to try a different brand. I'm not sure it was because of the colour of package is light blue or the placement in the store, I never noticed this brand before. It is interesting how much the display in the shop influences what we buy unless you already know the products/brands. I also tried penne from this brand but I prefer spaghetti. I would re-purchase spaghetti from this brand.

Beautiful firm spaghetti. Not sure what’s happening lately but I’ve had some really delicious samples. Spaghetti bolognese last night was a treat. Spaghetti was slightly thicker than other brands and remained firm after cooking. Other brands tend to go a bit soft and mushy after same amount of cooking. Sauce coated and remained on the sketty and overall I, and more importantly, my wife could not fault it. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. Thank you Bunch.

I was excited and then disappointed. I loved the packaging I thought it looked like it was going to be an original fabulous Italian pasta. It is Italian but its not fabulous. As you can tell I loved the packaging. It looks greatThe pasta itself thickens mor ethan I expected while cooking, needed a little longer to cook than specified and when added to the sauce ( as I always do) didn't seem to absorb any of the sauces flavours. On eating it, it was slightly fat and a little stodgy but worse it stayed separate from the sauce. I popped the leftovers in the fridge for lunch the next day and even overnight the pasta and the sauce had not come together in any way. Yes its better than $1 a pack pasta but no where near as good as my normal pasta. I've been using Barilla ... MoreI was excited and then disappointed. Great quality. I have tried quite a few of the various pastas in the La Molisana range from Woolworths now and they always perform well. I used this one recently with a tomato and mascarpone sauce. It held the sauce well. It really is a great quality pasta and you will notice the difference between this one and a cheap pasta. Price was only @$2 as it was on sale when I bought it. so excellent value. Usually $2. 80 for the pack. It is a product of Italy. But it is such good quality that I couldn't remove a star for that on this occasion.
Quality pasta, Almost like home made. The first thing I noticed was this pasta was not smooth, the surface was slightly textured kind of like home made pasta. When I was boiling it up, my house smelt like a bakery with a raw pastry smell. I tried a new spicy sausage recipe with very little tomato in the sauce, yet the pasta instantly took on the colour of the sausage mix and looked so authentic. At the moment my budget is tight and I skimp on pasta brands, but if I can I will definitely spend a little more on this one in the future especially if I make a special sauce or have guests.
My preferred pasta. I had already tried the linguini in this brand and found the spaghetti to be just as good. That said, I highly recommend the linguini in this brand as I find it to be more suitable for the type of pasta dishes I make. In general, the texture of this pasta is excellent and I've never had it stick together or be gluggy. Once its cooked to 'al dente' stage I transfer the pasta straight into the sauce along with some pasta water - perfect every time!
Good quality pasta. This is a great spaghetti to cook up. It cooks to Al dente without turning to a gluggy mess quickly. Bolognese sauce stuck to it, which it what you really want to happen. The taste is good. Most packet pasta is similar in taste to me so it's not a plus s or minus for reviewing. I would buy it again as it is value for money.
Excellent pasta! My whole family enjoyed this pasta - it was great quality! I could tell it was better quality than the cheap generic I usually buy. My husband was also very pleased with the quality. I would recommend this to others, and I will probably buy it again in future along with the cheaper generics. We eat a lot of pasta so I’ll reserve this specific one for when I make a really great pasta sauce to pair it with!
Good all round pasta. This pasta had a nice bite and texture to it. You could taste the 'wheatiness' which was nice. I found it took longer than the 11 minutes stated to cook, but everyone's tastes are different. I used a large pot of very salty water and cooked for 20 minutes, drained and then stirred through a large knob of salted butter before serving with my Spaghetti Bolognese sauce and lashes of freshly grated parmesan. If I was to eat pasta again, I would buy again for the taste.
